AMAZING SERVICE, CLEAN ROOMS, but needs some UPDATES to the songs.SERVICE: The staff is very kind, patient, and lets you stay in the room as long as you’d like without bothering you. You have a menu of drinks and other things that they can also bring you.ATMOSPHERE: The place is painted in many colors, the bathrooms are clean, and you are given mesh covers for cleanliness of the microphones (although individual mesh covers would be best). It’s obvious the target audience is Koreans, due to the Korean letters on the remote and in the song book. You can hear others singing sometimes when you aren’t playing songs.SUGGESTIONS:1. It would be amazing if there was a translation guide for English speakers on how to use the remote and other equipment that is in Korean.2. The song book doesn’t have all the songs that are actually listed on the screen—the books must be UPDATED to match. It would be even BETTER if there was an online songbook so that we could ALL search for songs on our phones at the same time—instead of waiting for each person to finish using the book. This would also allow us to prepare beforehand when planning what songs we will sing.3. Also, there aren’t ANY URBAN LATIN artists. Bad Bunny is the #1 streamed artist and he’s not even on there. We would love more variety of artists and songs for the Latin community.4. It would be AMAZING if we could submit suggestions to songs to add to the karaoke list online. Other people could also vote on previous suggestions so that the majority desired songs could be added.5. I would love to get individual mesh covers for the microphone. After karaoke with some friends, I had a massive COLD SORE breakout. It could be prevented with an individual mesh cover.

I had a lot of fun. Room cost is reasonable for an hour. It's a fun outing.

Once a decent destination for chicken this place is stuck in the 2000's and not in the Y2K way. Still playing songs from 2006 like brown eyed girls, Their establishment is poorly lit, outdated music albums, and their remotes are so worn you cant read either language.The microphones have no cover so they aren't healthy conscious eitherThey still use those thick encyclopedia books they give you for songs. Get with the times.As previously mentioned they used to be great at chicken but post-covid the chicken was dry and the sauce salty giving you major taste fatigue. They don't give you anything else except offer to charge you $25 for a fruit plate... now Glam is the only place in Duluth for chicken and songs.

Fast casual spot. Dine-in or order and carry out. Feels like a K-Pop joint. K-Pop videos playing by the counter. QR code to order or a menu is available as well. We ordered the two person extra spicy tteokbokki, kimchi Kimbap, spicy tuna Kimbap, spicy grilled chicken Kimbap (not breaded chicken) and the deep fried combination. Added one more spicy tuna Kimbap. $50.34 The broth drink is actually good, tastes good with the food for sure, it’s good since they don’t have hot barley or corn tea at all. The extra spicy tteokbokki is good, nice heat. The rice cake is still decently chewy. The two pickled cubed radishes are a nice banchan and accompaniment to the food consumed. The fried potato and the squid are both good. The kimmari is okay, maybe too big for what it is, thus too many potato noodles. The squid is a bit heavy on the tempura batter. The rolls are packed fully. The spicy chicken roll has two to three small pieces of chicken in it, quite nice. It’s a good roll. The kimchi roll is decent, it has the perilla leaf, which wasn’t expected. Not too bad. The spicy tuna was the better of the 3 rolls, slightly sweet with the yellow pickled radish in it. I do think all of their spicy rolls would be much better with fresh Jalapeño over the pickled jalapeño.

Assa Tech used to be my go-to karaoke in high school. It opened up around 2014 and I used to frequent this place a lot -- even after high school, it was definitely the IT place for karaoke.Unfortunately, it doesn't have the same feel/vibe as it used to. I recently went just because I wanted to jam out to a few songs. We went around 8pm on a Tuesday and this place was dead. We were literally the only folks there. I mean it is a weekday but still I was surprised at how little people there were.That's not a big deal bc we get undisturbed karaoke time. We went into our rooms and I just felt like it was really worn down. The karaoke machine/remote was slow/laggy, the room had a weird smell and there was definitely no AC in the room. I think the AC was probably because there was no one else there.But I mean it does have the basics -- it has all the songs you need, it gives you a sense of privacy and most of all - their food is always on point. We didn't order food this time but there garlic wings are some of the best in the game. We did order a beer and the owner gave us some Chex Mix to munch on which was nice, but I just felt that the entire place could use a little love/renovation.Will I be back? Probably -- Assa Tech is still one of my preferred karaokes but it just didn't hit home like it used to.

The little frog in the bathroom makes it a 5 star

If you’re not going with someone who speaks Korean, this may not be the place for you, everything is in Korean…. This left us with 15 mins to try to figure out the control… also the song selection is very limited.

The place had excellent customer service, pretty good song selections and above all, THEIR WINGS ARE EFFING DELICIOUS!!!! Like, I literally can't give high enough praise to their wings, it was $16 I believe for an order of wings, but there had to be at least 18-20 of the biggest and crunchiest wings I've ever eaten in my life. I'm talking damn near a contender with Magic City's wings... If only they had wet lemon pepper ? Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great place to get together with some friends!!

Good soy sauce chicken wing!

Microphones weren't working well and the rooms weren't well cleaned after the last group. Usually, we would get snacks if we order alcohol but didn't offer until we ordered another and asked. Not my first choice but got the job done

Went for my niece's 15th birthday with all the fam, 12 of us, including a 3 year old toddler. I selected this place because it was one of the few karaoke places that opens early in the evening. We arrived early, 430pm on a Saturday. No reservations needed. I believe we were the only group. The room was spacious and clean. We all had a blast, even the toddler. The room had disco lights, two screens, and the sound equipment was great. We worked with the staff to make the sound just right for the grandmas and the toddler! Most of the music is in Korean but they also have a decent selection of music in English, and for the grandmas there were a few songs in Spanish as well! Customer service was very polite and readily available, we did not consume food or drinks and there was no pressure from the staff for us to do so. We sang our hearts out for two hours and made it home just in time for bedtime Ps, the equipment is in Korean, the staff gives you a quick basic course on how to navigate, select and play songs Nothing that the teenagers in our group could not handle;

This is the best perfect place to hang with my friends. The microphone was lil broken but the manager or owner was able to fix it. Love the options. I couldn't read in korean but I was able to fix out. I do wish the restroom was cleaner but I can't complain because people are drunk. Would come here again!
