Very good food and service. Similar class restaurant to Bones or Chop and in some ways better. We had the Dover sole and bone in veal. Both were excellent. The Dover sole was sourced from England which very few restaurants do. The beef is sourced from their own farm.

Food and service was excellent. Reminds me of Hal’s Steakhouse. However, I still think Hal’s steak tastes better.

I must say.... this steakhouse is perfect! Food was wonderful and the service was superb. Will be visiting this steakhouse again in the near future.

I was brought to Frankie's by my kids while visiting Atlanta. Food and service were excellent! Even the restrooms were impressive. However the noise level over the top and oppressive. The smoke alarm going off before we even got food was handled well by the staff. Everyone remained calm during the deafening din of the alarm which lasted for quite a few minutes. Management offered to make up for the incident with free dessert which we declined and instead they comp'd our drinks.

By Far the best steakhouse in Atlanta. We celebrated our anniversary here last night. The steak was cut perfectly, the sides were very good. They even gave us a free cake for our anniversary. It’s priced higher than most steakhouse, but it’s worth every cent.

The experience, the food, the customer service was top notch. Our servers Shirley and Heather were beyond superb. We loved the big friendly smile and great customer service Aziah provided, he is definitely undervalued. We ate a steak which cannot be compared to any other we have had, wow and wow. If we can get a reservation again we will be back.

What an incredible experience! From the minute we were greeted, seated, showed the menu, the presentation of the fantastic food, and the wonderful dessert, we were treated like royalty! Loved every minute of it!

Wow! @frankiesthesteakhouse did not dissapoint!!! From start to finish I was impressed to say the least! The service, food, atmosphere and wine were top notch! We started with the Portobello Carpaccio! Delicious and super light! If you know me, you know I love goat cheese so this was right up my alley! For my entree, I had the Chilean Sea Bass! This was one of my favorite fish dishes! I went with the Brussel sprouts and cauliflower as a side...AMAZING!!! Highly recommend both! Jordan enjoyed the 12oz filet and sautéed mushrooms!!! The filet was super tender and both the filet and mushrooms were cooked to perfection! Thank you, Scott, Rick & Edwin for the amazing service and tasty MOUNTAIN of a birthday cake to end our night!!! Only thing we would change is coming to this place sooner!!!

Great food and excellent service. I’m from Florida where there are top notch steakhouses and this restaurant is just as good. The filet and mashed potatoes were excellent but the lobster Mac n cheese was just a little dry. Once your done they give you muffins which were actually good also. Would definitely recommend this place.

From the moment we walked up to the reception desk, I could see that this place was something special. It was a cut above the rest, and a little out of the ordinary. To my great surprise, every table was full even on a Tuesday night. Although there was a crowd the ambiance still allowed for private romantic dining. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. What a special treat! This place was like a gift that kept on giving. Our meal was scrumptious, the service delightful, the cake with Happy Anniversary in our specific years with Mr. and Mrs. ______ was so personal, then the to-go box with a cloth bag and muffins for the morning has added a touch to the experience. I will remember this anniversary for a long time. It was worth every penny. To know that this special treasure is located in Gwinett County and not in the city brings me joy. I will definitely return and tell others about this hidden gem! I want to add that our servers were Audiel and Ray. They were attentive, courteous, and super friendly. They made our experience an over the top experience. Thank you for memorable Anniversary dinner!

A+ A+ A+!!!! Since moving to Georgia from California 4 years ago, we've been on the hunt for our favorite steakhouse in our new town. A server at Pampas recommended Frankie's. Apparently the restaurants are owned or managed by the same group - just a different vibe and approach to prepping the food between the two. My husband and son checked it out a month or two ago and loved it, so we opted to take my daughter there for a send off meal before she leaves for college. The staff was incredibly attentive, yet not annoying. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions we had. My daughter accidentally dropped her fork on the floor and felt so bad. Yet within seconds, before she asked for a replacement, someone was there with a new one, letting her know it happens all the time and not to feel embarrassed. The lobster bisque was amazing as a starter for me. My family had NY strip, double cut filet and the brick - - NOTHING was left on their plates. I had the jumbo scallops, which were amazing. The server then brought out creme brûlée with "congratulations" written on the plate and place it in front of my daughter. We've tried Little Alley (tiny tables and loud), Oak (nothing special), Ruth's Chris (chain restaurant & "ok") & Pampas (good, service can be a bit touch and go). Our "go to" place for special occasions and a guaranteed great meal with fantastic service is Frankies!

Fine dining, excellent customer service, quality food and experience makes it a very special occasion to visit.

What a wonderful surprise. Everything was great. The food was just delightful and the staff even more. \nI truly recommend this hidden surprise.

Service (on all levels up to management) and food are top notch. Frankies NEVER disappoints. Excellent wine selection to perfectly accommodate your meal selection. The plus for me, they’re located in Gwinnett. Give them a try, you will be impressed.

Worst free muffin I've ever had Steak was good, though under-seasoned. 'Wild mushrooms' were basic overcooked Portobello's. A rather bad lobster bisque and the pre-dinner bread looked as if it were formed by an 8 year old. Wait staff was pleasant

Frankie’s just got better with time, like an amazing wine! We celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary last night and everything was Top Notch

I love this place. The classic vibe and service are wonderful. The food was delicious and I particularly enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and food gras. It is expensive and worth every cent. I don't mind paying for great service and top notch steaks!

So, off the cuff I wanted to take my girlfriend out for a nice dinner for her birthday, after working, on a weekday. I knew I would not be dressed up as I work in a Hospital. One review said that the dress code is silently enforced and that the hostess had a terrible attitude. I decided to see for myself. And the review was dead-on. I'm sure this place has great food, but screw the people at the door. They belong elswhere if this restaurant truly is the gem it believes itself to be. I will never eat here. They're not the only act in town.

Such a special time... will absolutely come again. We were celebrating my birthday and had a great time. Everyone was super friendly and always looking for ways to make you feel valued and ensure a great experience. We had the lamb lollipops for our appetizer which was so tasty. My steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The asparagus were also grilled to perfection... still crunchy. Ended the meal with a complimentary slice of cake... more like a cake. The piece was huge. Our server Chris cut a piece for us to share and boxed the rest of the cake... which took up 2 boxes on its own along with our leftovers. Offered to take pictures of us and then gave us 2 muffins to enjoy the next day for breakfast. Unforgettable experience.

Awesome food, excellent fine dining.. Who needs to go to Buckhead with this kind of superb food. It is obvious they pay lots of attention to detail from the food to the service. Will definitely go back again!

Excellent experience. Private dining and out team lead by Steven was awesome. Lobster bisque and crab cakes are divine.

Exceptional service!!! Greeted by name, and when leaving the restaurant the manager made sure to send us well wishes upon leaving and thanked us for dining. The service is unmatched, period! We would definitely return!

This was my first experience while celebrating my birthday, EVERYTHING was A+... the servers were outstanding. I enjoyed my complimentary birthday cake along with the 2 muffins to enjoy later.. I'll definitely return..

Came here on the recommendation from the matre'd of pampas which we loved. Fathers day dinner. Beware- they are serious about the dress code. We were dressed well but my son had dress khakis shorts and we were relinquished to the bar. Service was ok but didn't get the steak presentation like the dining room. The steaks were good but think we like pampas better. The sides were definitely better at Frankies. Dessert was good. Very pricy. Btw market price for oysters were 42.00 a dozen . Outrageous. Probably not go back.

New customer to this restaurant. I will make this short and sweet...The food and customer were simply wonderful. Daniel was our waiter and I must admit I was overly pleased with his attentiveness & professionalism.

Went with friends and had a great time. Food, service, and ambience....all excellent. Be sure to have the chocolate cake for dessert.

I have enjoyed Frankie’s staff, ambience and food on many occasions and each have been great. The experience begins with the valet at the beautiful executive building and on into the grand foyer of the entrance which leads to an elevator ride up to the restaurant’s entrance. Each time we have been greeted with southern/professional hospitable hostesses. The decor is complete with dark rich wood and the perfect touch of accents. You simply can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I suggest this restaurant for celebrating any special occasions, business meetings, or a couples night out.

Upscale restaurant in gwinnett county. We went for our anniversary. Food was excellent as well as service .Daniel was our server, very pleasant man who obviously likes his job. We shared a cowgirl steak, wedge salad, garlic mashed potatoes Brussels spouts with cauliflower. Would highlight recommend

All the reviews are correct, this is premium steak house. The show of the meat (and lobster) before you eat, makes the price tag easier to swallow...who doesn't like a little show and presentation is important, but let me back up. Handsome, large room manages to have good acoustics (although we were in the end booth). Very professional service. Had the bartender craft the exact cocktail I wanted. Nice long list of good by the glass wines also. Warm, salted, pulling styling, sourdough tasting yummy bread to start. The starter salads were fresh and tasty. Menu is not huge, which is a good thing and did have enough fish and other options, but the meat is the star. We went with the porterhouse, sliced up for two, ala Peter Luger's, and the sides also were nicely prepared. Not huge portions, but we still have enough take away to have dinner tonight. I wish we'd saved room for dessert. Cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

Very good place for nice business or romantic dinner. Seafood tower is awesome. Fried lobster is excellent too. They have good wine selection to complement the steak. It gets very popular now and gets busy for dinner

Fantastic service, excellent choices on menu. Known for their meats however, I had fish and it was outstanding. Wine list is extensive. Best restaurant in Gwinnett and perhaps all of Georgia.

The best steakhouse in Atlanta. But you will pay the price for it. Very fancy scmancy so dress decent. Patrick was our waiter and very kind and professional with a good sense of humor. Highly recommended for special occasions.

Literally one of the best steaks I've ever had! If you like Hal's or Stony River, you'll love this place. The muffins at the end were extra special lol
