Food was good. Online ordering was not great once in store. For some reason they couldn't figure out the order by using the order number. The girl and guy were really short tempered and frustrated. They kept telling me I was at the wrong location, even though I had the order and address on the phone. It took over ten minutes to figure it out.

Drive thru was about 9 cars deep at 10pm. Waited 30 minutes to pick up an uber eats order and they said they "didn't have it." I heard them say this to a door dash driver in front of me, too. At least have the decency to stop accepting orders or at least put a sign in front of the store. Trash service at this place. Have gotten bad service at this spot when getting take out myself.

Not a real Popeyes restaurant. One of the cook guys in the back asked me what I was looking for,while I was checking out my money & total on the ticket. He really skinny probably going with all the females that works there & the weed man.It's okay the police will pull him over later.

The manager from this store was really mean and disrespectful.Went to this establishment to pick-up an uber-eats order and he said it was already given to another person, my customer texted me and told me to try to talk to them since he had two orders, the manager didn't want to solve the issue and started yelling at me in a disrespectful way because I was standing at the store waiting for my uber-eats issue to be solved, even told me he was about to close and was very mean, I would never recommend anyone going to this place since the manager is just a unpolite person, shouldn't have that position either.

If you don't want to feed a criminal plan, DO NOT come to this Popeye's store, it is really weird that every time I come to this store I cannot use a credit card or Apple Pay because they say allegedly that "The system is down.” it means that customer will have to pay in cash, this is a smart method to steal money from their company, most items come in bags by kilograms, not by unit, by the way Customer Service Satisfaction I guess it doesn’t exist.

This is my first time visiting this establishment in a few years because in the past the service was always horrible. I decided to give them a try today. Thankfully after waiting to order for 15 mins in the drive thru, they had the items I ordered and the taste is good.However, I ordered two separate meals. So when I received my bag with my food. I didn't see the fries?in a small bag. So I told the employee I ordered the fish meal combo which comes with fries. He responded he put the fries in the box with the chicken.So not fully understanding what he meant by that. I stated I should have two orders of fries not one. He was like he put the fries for the fish sandwich in the box with the chicken meal. Me dumbfounded. Like why would you combine two orders into one. Are you short on supplies to put the fries in? If so, you should have asked is it okay to put the fries in the box with the chicken. Like why would you combine two separate orders into one. Then I thought well maybe it's in small bags inside the box already separated. Ha, nope. Now the customer has to inconvenience themselves and separate the fries because it's for two different people because the employee decided to put both orders into one.I don't think the employee understood what he did was wrong and not the proper way to fix two separate orders.This place really needs to have their employees take a lesson on customer service for their line of business.Yes, this was a small thing but it's very inconvenient and shouldn't have been done. As it was two separate orders and should have been treated as such.
