Won't be going back, sandwich was horrible.... Sandwich had three pieces of meat, two were paper thin and the other looked like a piece of Canadian bacon.. More mustard than sandwich. We dined in, and the food was presented to us on Styrofoam plates, other guest were complaining about their sandwich.

This place is one of my favs for sandwiches! Fresh, big and so damn good! A little pricey but still willing to pay the price!!! The soup is great too especially since it’s cold out! Highly recommend!

August 8, 2023 Got to this1625 Pleasant Hill Rd Ste A10, Duluth location at 7:05 PM. The employees told me they were closed. I told them their Schlotzsky's website, Google & the hours Painted On The Door I Just Walked Thru State Closing 8:00PM. The employees said, "Sorry we are closed." I was not a happy camper. Nor were the other customers that came in behind me. Obviously Schlotzsky's doesn't care about customers.UPDATE: I sent my above comment in an email to Schlotzsky's last night. I got this email this morning. I appreicate their quick response.Dear Dawn,Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns with us. We sincerely apologize that your recent experience with Schlotzsky's did not meet your expectations.You are right google and website shows the original closing time of 8 pm but ever since Covid we have changed our store timing from 11 am- 7 pm M-Sat and 11am - 2pm Sunday. We have requested the corportate to change it but for some reason is not possible.Please accept our appology and return back as our guest during business hours.We value your business and would love the chance to make your next visit a great one!Would like to offer you a Free Classic Cinnabon on your next visit.Sincerely,Ami Parikh

Had a late lunch there and rush was over. It had been a while sine I had eaten there and sandwiches was as good as I remembered. The menu has expanded but I stayed with the standard Smoked Turkey sandwich, chips and a drink. Place was clean as was the Ladies Room. Easy access to drinks and napkins. All in all a good experience.

It is always very quiet in the restaurant, but who cares, the food is fantastic. Absolutely my favorite sandwich is the deluxe original.Vegetarian options: They have flatbread pizza's vegetarian sandwiches all vegetarian sandwiches they have a few options the best jalapeno chips anywhere.
