I wanted to leave a review in hopes management would see this. I came in last Saturday. I had put in a mobile order and was in no hurry. As soon as I saw only 2 baristas in the store my heart went out to them. They were working their hardest and doing their best. I'm a former starbucks employee who used to work in a cafe that only staffed me and the shift supervisor. I burned out so fast and ended up walking out I was so fed up which I've never done at a job. However the supervisor that worked with me was never on the floor. I could tell the supervisor at this store was doing all they could to support their barista. So props to the employees. But management can seriously do better. These poor girls were clearly overworked.

It's a Starbucks. Many of the locations, including this one, are consistent but not much for atmosphere.
From the outside it's just a Starbucks like any other, but the people inside are like no other! I've never had a nicer experience than working away with such friendly employees at work. They clearly have lots of happy regulars and are a wonderful part of the community. Thanks y'all!

I like this location because there isn’t a drive through line. It ends up being a much faster place to get your order. Staff are friendly and it’s in a nice area, so you feel comfortable inside.

Put in a mobile order and it said it would be ready about 8:23. Saw many people come into the store and order and get their things before mine was ever made. What is the point in ordering ahead if they let people who order in store afterwards get theirs first?

Used Door Dash for a group order of 13. It took an hour for order to even be ready for pick up. I get the timing of the order (945am) was likely a busy time for them. I think the thing that most upset me was that each drink wasn’t legible and very difficult to tell what was what. Probably a Door Dash “to do” is to allow people to input their name when they select their item for a group order. Would make it easy all around for everyone.

I usually do NOT come to this one, but I did despite my previous experience, Edgar was INCREDIBLE tis afternoon (10/13) around 1:40PM- he had multiple customers and was getting out drinks efficiently with no other help from anyone else. I had already been there about 10 minutes when someone else came from the back and finally gave him a hand. He apologized numerous times for the lack of staff, went above and beyond in regards to my order. Please get Edgar some help.
