Wow! Omg! When I say this is the best Waffle House I have been to since I moved here. The moment I walked through the door everyone was soooooo pleasant and hospitable. I hope Waffle House management are treating their employees well. When you have happy employees, you have happy customers.....most companies don't understand that concept, which is why I'm taking a mental break from my employer today. It was a pleasure starting my morning with these ladies!!
I go here from time to time late night, the food was great as always. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because the waitress, I believe her name is Amy. I don't think she has been here very long because I just started seeing her just a few months ago. She is so rude, It's really a shame she acts like she doesn't like her job, I could feel the attitude coming from her as she was asking me for my order, I felt so uncomfortable, and she was talking very rudely to the cook when...read full review

Terrible service from the manager on duty, spent his whole time in the back hiding. left the cook to do everything in the front take orders , cook , and refills . Customer service should be too on his list as a manager on duty not only was the experience terrible , everything was dirty , food on the floors . Left a good tip for the cook felt sorry for this mans struggles but remained positive regardless of the situation he was in.
