Excellent place to grab a bite when out of town. They have a great Korean burger and Bacon Cheeze Fries. Prices are about average in Atlanta and their limited drinks are great. We first ordered online and was a bit of a hassle to get delivered but probably was the service. Would recommend if your in Atlanta.

I recently visited this location and order food online. Upon picking up my food service was overall amazing. Not so much. I was sick 4 hours after eating the food and had to leave work. I reached out to the managers office TWICE. And no one returned my call. It’s very unfortunate that this was my first, and last time having shake shack.

The food was pretty good. Chiken sandwich really crispy... the hamburger could have went a bit longer for my liking... but I get it some like it a bit raw...I do not.
My order got mixed up. I had to wait for an hour. The manager somehow managed to get my food. But it was too late for me on that day. But I like their burgers and will give them another chance.

I’ve been here plenty of times. The customer service this time was so horrible and ghetto. Like it’s very much giving McDonalds . If I wasn’t starving I would’ve went somewhere else. The only pleasant person was the little man cleaning the lobby.
