Every time I come in the store lately the same woman is working, and she is probably the best employee I’ve ever been served by at this location. I feel bad I can’t remember her name (especially because she remembered mine tonight) but she has brown hair that is always pulled back in a small bun or ponytail. I am only giving 3 stars, not because service was bad or food was bad. Megan is an amazing lady, who works very well under pressure. She doesn't stop and the food is precise and amazing. However, everytime I have been over the last several months she is alone. I get it everyone is short of help, but where is management? This sweet girl deserves help even if you have to put in some time!!

When I'm rarely in the mood for a late night sub, one woman always comes through. I'm not sure of her name, but every night I go, she's there. She is always extra generous in her manners, and goes out of the way to make sure I have a delicious sandwich. The service and food quality makes it one of my favorite spots for a bite before bed.
