We just moved here and this place is great. We've only ordered takeout so I have no idea how the dine in service is... But the pickup girl with the purple hair is awesome and really nice and the food has been amazing every time. Very few places my kids ask to order from a second timeThe peach cobbler is fluffing amazing.Looking at these other reviews, I see a bunch of stuck up picky entitled tools who should probably learn to cook for themselves if they want to do nothing but complain in Google reviews.Seriously, if you put 1 star reviews for every restaurant you visit.... It's a you problem, not a them problem.
While the food is decent, it is rather expensive. On our last visit I saw a roach crawling underneath our table and my husband squished it. Needless to say, but we didn't finish our food.

This was our first visit. 4 of us. Two ordered at one register, two ordered at different one. Same time. The first two people got their food right away, they were finished eating before the other two got their food. Took forever. Same meals. Then the food came out wrong. When we sent it back they didn't remake it. They just fixed it so the chicken was cold. Food was not seasoned. Green beans and Mac had no salt. We won't be back.

Given the name of this place, I came in expecting great ribs. While the ribs were cooked perfectly in my view (clean separation from the bone, but still some good chew), they were essentially flavorless. No smoke, no marinade, nothing. It’s like they were steamed.Sides were pretty good, service was fine, and the place was clean. If you like slathering ribs in sauce, this might be a good place to try.

Great BBQ, but the best peach cobbler! If you're looking for homemade, this is as close as it gets! You won't be disappointed!
First time here of course I ordered Ribs since it’s called Shane’s Rib shack.There was little to no seasoning on the ribs, they where however very tender.The Bid Dad sandwich same, there was no real seasoning to it. The bread was buttery and good though.The best thing was the Loaded Buffalo Shack Fries the (chicken again no seasoning).I would just say add seasoning to the meats when cooking and it would be much better, don’t rely on just the sauces which should enhance the flavor of the food not be what carries the food.P.S. lady at the counter on 11/7/23 around 4pm if someone tells you they have never been there before looking at them like a deer in headlights not a good look.

I called in my order which was a hamburger combo when i got to restraunt brown haired girl told me 5 mins i waited 20mins i seen people order on the spot and recieved their food before me so i ask employee the same brown haired girl who took my money how long will my order be she told me hold on and she went on to go serve a group of guys who came in and ordered while i was sitting there their order.She came back and looked on the back counter and grabbed my food that had been sitting there the whole time and slid it to the blonde haired girl and walk off to the back she didnt apologize or nothing.The blonde haired girl looked like she nervous about giving me the food because she knew it had to be cold she even forgot my drink until i told her i need a cup for my drink.They should have offered to remake my food even tho i was in a slit hurry and wouldnt have had time they could have atleast offered. needless to say i took a bite of my burger in the car and just throw the whole plate away in nearest trashcan.I notice all the young guys who came in for lunch had their full attention thats maybe why my order was overlooked if i ever go back which( i probably want) it want be around lunch time believe me.

We had the BEST experience at Shane’s. The food is amazing. The staff is fantastic. They had coloring sheets and crayons which made our kids day. Overall 10/10 experience and we will be back very soon.
