Food was good but could have been better. Chili cheese coney barely had chili or cheese. Both drinks came out wrong, missing ingredients and one was the wrong size. Service was slow but employees were friendly.

Took away $1 drinks before 11 am. Now have order on app for half price drinks. Apps are a pain. They put to much junk on your phone.

Ordered some sauced popcorn chicken, amongst other things. The chicken came out the wrong flavor and without ranch. When I asked for ranch, the carhop insisted her manager couldn't give her any unless we paid 25 cents each, but we had already paid for some. I also ordered a hot fudge banana shake and it came out chocolate and artificial banana, not real bananas. Only time they get my order right is if I only order a soda.

Google says they close at 11pm. I sat in drive through since 9:58pm and the cars ahead of me pulled off around 10:12 because no one had the courtesy to say they’re not taking orders. There were also cars in the drive in part who also weren’t being served. I pulled up to the window and the worker just stares at me and keeps counting the money . She could have opened the window and let me know something . Instead she just stared at me and rolled her eyes. So the question is what time do you all close ? Is google wrong or did they just take it upon themselves to close early ….

I was passing through town and stopped at this location. Upon getting to the drive thru speaker I had to repeat my order 2x. After doing so, I arrive at the drive thru window, pay for my order, was not provided a receipt and was handed my milkshake and bag. The young lady was distracted going back and forth with someone else inside, they were laughing and giggling and carrying on. I sat waiting for the rest of my order. She opened the window again and asked what I was waiting for for. I said my lemonade. She said "huh". I said my lemonade. She said you didn't order a lemonade. I said I did. I said I need my receipt please. She said huh again. I said MY RECEIPT. She handed it to me, I looked at it and left. The man at the window never rung it up. Not sure what's going on in there but it was really annoying. I don't stop at Sonic very often and this was not an experience that would encourage me to do so. These folks need a refresher course on customer service.
