The food at this establishment was horrible. I’ve been to other ones and it was phenomenal. This was disappointing very small wings. They gave me the wrong order and then they emailed me. We went back-and-forth only for them to blame me and tell me that I received my order when I did not fully receive the correct order and the food was horrible. It was thrown out. Do not order from this location. Definitely will be contacting my bank to dispute these charges. They need to take responsibility for mistake mistakes and for the quality of their food.

I have always enjoyed the food at this restaurant. However, today my partner visited with our niece and was served by an employee named Jaymon. After paying, my partner was given his receipt and sat down. It wasn't until then that he noticed the cashier had written "gay" right next to his name. There should be absolutely no reason for an employee to do something like that to any customer. It is offensive and
very discriminatory. I hope the establishment takes swift action to address this inappropriate behavior.

While I prefer grilled wings over fried, the wings and flavors at wnb factory are really good. They have a great selection of sauces and the staff is always friendly. Would recommend

Mike made the experience awesome. I used to go to the Hoschton location which is also great but after the great hospitality by Mike, I will only be coming here. Give him a raise ASAP.

I absolutely love the fried rice. It's seasoned to perfection and has the right amount of veggies, not too little, not to much. You can't go wrong with beef or chicken.

The place is always clean and they greet you upon entering. Always make sure the food is made how the customer wants. Also ask if you need anything. Great service and definitely recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE! Their customer service is horrible. The cashier asked me to get here by 8:45, I got there at 8:47 and he has an attitude the whole time and threatens to call the police because I wanted to check my food. The website says 9pm. DO NOT GO HERE!
This place is pretty good for fried wings! We tried lemon pepper, signature hot, and garlic parmesan. Wings were tasty and decent sized. Would recommend!
I want to share my pleasant impressions about this place! The wings here are simply incredibly delicious. The parmesan and garlic wings are especially delicious. Highly recommend!

1000/10! This place is always amazing! But today especially! Whoever took my order for Carly(Turkey Burger, Philly and wings)(7/6 @ 4:00ish) needs a raise! And whoever cooked it needs a double raise!!!! MY GOODNESS! Absolutely perfect! Chefs kiss! Thank you!!!
