Associate was friendly,and polite , Ordered Chicken Biscuit, Biscuits great but the chicken was real dark instead of a slight golden color and had a frech fry flavor..am going through the area regularly now ..so will give more progress ..

They DO NOT CHECKS THE ORDWR BEFORE IT IS GIVEN OUT...DANG GET HOME AND FIND OUT THAT HALF OF YOUR ORDER IS NOT GIVEN TO YOU AND YOUR HOME READY TO EAT YOUR PAID FOOD AND ITS NOT THERE. BUT YOUR TOTAL WAS OVER 60$$ & YOU ARE TOO FAR TO RETURN FOR YOUR COMPLETE PAID ORDER SMH.Parking: Don't care about parking the service is terrible..you may have some good workers but the service is -0000I guess dairy queen is the place because at least you get what you pay for .so upset you have keep returning for your food or to have it made correctly why??

We moved here in May 2021. The shake / ice cream machine has been broken the whole time. I've heard from various sources that they Don't want to have to clean it, so the easiest way to avoid that is never turn it on. The food is awful. The service sucks. I'd rather pay almost twice as much at Dairy Queen because at least I know if I want a milkshake I can get it there.
