Great little gem! Staff is super friendly! Menu has a good variety. If you're looking for a good burger that tastes like home give them a try!

6 months ago and further back this has been one of our favorite spots to go with the family. Tonight we came back for the first time in 6 months or so and I was expecting a fantastic meal as always. I ordered the “grilled chicken breasts” plate with a side salad and fries. The chicken that came to me was 4 tenderloins. It was delicious chicken, but it’s not truthfully advertised. My side salad looked as though it was made two days ago. The pre-shredded cheese was hard and crusted over, the tomatoes were sad and breaking down, and the lettuce was wilted. One tomato even had a bug who met his demise in my salad. The fries that weren’t burnt to a crisp were really good! The place also seemed to be in more disrepair than usual. Staff was nice as always. It was crowded, so I didn’t bring it to the poor teenage cashier’s attention. I do hope the owner or franchisee reads this and takes this as constructive criticism. I’d really like to be able to go back and have a much better experience. My kids and husband enjoyed their meals (all boys) just powering through the burnt fries. The hot dog, smothered burger, and chicken tenders were all unaffected. In short, they do well with protein.Kid-friendliness: Nice, family appropriate atmosphere with oldies always playing in the background.Parking: Plenty of parking.Dietary restrictions: No options for gluten and dairy free.

great place for a burger! the prices are also excellent. This is a great local spot and I hope they get to stay in business for a long time. The hotdogs are also very tasty!

Fries cooked in grease so old they were brown. The grilled chicken club had 2 little hard knobs of lettuce and the heel of a tomato and a couple pieces of overcooked bacon. The actual chicken breast was the only thing done well. And the bathroom was nasty!Wheelchair accessibility: The manager's car took up the handicap space.

Local burger joint that makes a decent burger. Save your $$ and time eating at fast food franchises and support local. Their fountain drink machine always out of ice for some reason.

They increased their prices on all their meals then tell me that I will be receiving "toasted hamburger buns" instead of "Texas Toast" because of the increase of food prices at the grocery stores! So I'm paying an increased price for a meal & still not receiving the Texas Toast advertised??!!

Food is good. Bacon cheese burgers good and juicy. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was my onion rings were very soggy greasy. They always have great fries and onion rings. Service great. Atmosphere is nice and we very seldom see it crowded. The great thing is they have a outside window for ordering take out.

I’ve had my fair share of hamburgers in the Augusta area because it’s my favorite food, and I keep returning to Ember’s. The ingredients are fresh and the burger is always cooked perfectly. It’s not swimming in condiments and it’s not salty. It’s just a perfect and simple hamburger. The beef patty is thick while the bun is lightly toasted. Plus when you dine-in they have a 2 burgers for $7 special. You can’t beat the price and you definitely can’t beat the flavor.Even when my family has ordered delivery the quality is still the same. If you love burgers, this is a must-go restaurant.Kid-friendliness: The hot dogs are all beef and my kid loves it.

The food was good and hot. The service was attentive. We paid $30 for 3 people and had so many onion rings that we brought some home.

I love this place. It's usually quiet inside and the inside is very well cleaned. Their burgers are great. If it's one thing that threw off is the cheesecake. I was hoping the strawberry cheesecake would have strawberry sauce and chunks, but instead it just has a small amount of strawberry sauce on a plain cheesecake.Despite that, I will still go to Ember's Grill again!

Tried for the first time. Both my husband and I's burgers were good! However, the fries were almost black, overcooked, and inedible. Most of them went in the trash because we just couldn't eat them.

Best local burgers in town and near Ft. Gordon. This place should be the standard of what all burgers taste like.

Nothing sets the mood like a nice big hamburger. All jokes aside, my husband and I just moved to Grovetown and were looking for a place that wasn’t a chain but would be a quick bite to eat. We stumbled into Embers Grille and ordered 2 original burgers for $7 and then a hot dog for our kiddo at $2.59. The whole family was fed for $10 which is a steal nowadays. The food came out in about 5 minutes give or take and the burger was stacked! Fresh veggies, not drowning in condiments, and the burger was slightly pink and juicy. We were happy with our dinner and we’ll come on back soon.

Husband had cheese burger with fries and a drink. BURGER was great, delicious and hot, drink tasted good. FRIES limp and partly over and under cooked. I HAD the hot dogs and onion rings. Everything was good for my order. The onion rings was absolutely great. Hot and crispy.
