My husband had ordered me a Turkey provolone sub, (knows what I like on it). I only got Turkey and lettuce. I was charged for onions, tomatoes, provolone which I did not get on my sandwich. Subway has always been on par but do not know if they had a new employee on training that did not know how to read ticket order. I was disappointed that I had to add on to my sandwich with the produce I had on hand at home, which was requested that I did not receive and was charged for.

Walked in to get a simple protein bowl, single person at the counter didn't say a word to me and decided to work on 4 sandwiches before even addressing me (which she did not end up doing at all). Ended up walking out after 10 minutes of silence. Mind you I was the only one physically in the store. I don't understand how "to go" service is being prepared vs someone in line. Probably because their was only a single person working to cut cost. I've never had service like that at Subway before.

Do not go into this one or do online orders after 6pm. The service there was really slow, and I waited about 10 minutes for my online order even though it wasn't busy at all plus on top of that the female working there looked high out of her mind. If you're in the Grovetown/Evans area and wanting to go to subway for a bite to eat before 6pm then go to the Riverwood plaza subway off of Washington and William few parkway! They are super friendly and get done with online orders quickly. I've never had an issue with the Riverwood one!

We only order inside. They get our orders incorrect by ordering online/app. The new staff, definitely Angel is very personable, nice and works clean. Face to face interaction provides better customer service.Wheelchair accessibility: It's available.

My last few visits here hasn’t been good. They’ve got a new staff that need more training b/ EVERY time I’ve come I’ve had to request they change their gloves. It should be common sense to change your gloves after dealing w/ money, your hair etc. and lastly the attitudes suck! Good workers are clearly hard to find!

If you do a mobile order you are better off getting right in line.They prioritize people in store even if you placed your order 40 minutes ago!! I am sitting in the lobby 22 minutes past when the app said it would be ready. I’m about to hop in line because I don’t think they have even started mine.

My first visit there was a disgrace the kids making the sandwich could not even make it but I did visit back recent and it was good the lady behind the counter making the sandwich did a very good job I assumed she was the owner of this chain but it was good and in order

I am very disappointed in the staff and the conversations they continued the whole time I was there. Every time I have came in the past few weeks come a boy named •brandon and two other females are constantly arguing throwing knives and food around acting like they are on the verge of quitting and the management “needs them”…they are yelling back and fourth constantly about stupid little things. I did hear something about a fake coupon on this day there was a lady several people in front of me that was yelling about them not making her food right, the man right in front of me they messed his food up as well. 6/27/2023. I will not being going back to this subway. They act like it’s a chore to serve you..

When I first came to this location, the service was horrible, but it has changed SO much! The staff is very welcoming and professional. The food and veggies look fresh and crisp always. Love coming here now.
