I stopped by twice today, breakfast and then a to-go dessert on the way back home from an event at the Convention Center. Really great staff, accommodating, and professional. Food was great. Honestly though Chick-fil-A has set the bar so high for their reputation that it’s generally consistent to get exceptional service and food. Thanks again.

The experience was wonderful , I was told the wait would be an hours but it was very fast and convenient , also they have the balloon man which come the second Saturday of every month which means free balloon characters , my kids loved it !!!

I live In East Point, I drive past the one in East Point for the Hapeville location for good hot fresh foods and good service. The service can somewhat hit or miss depending on the MOD. The do a great job with cleaning quickly.

For the life of me these employees never follow directions of the order. I get the same thing every time and it's a problem every time!!! I love chic fil a and I try to excise them and give them a pass but this is ridiculous to keep paying for food service and it sucks. I asked for no salsa and they give me salsa and put no cheese. I ask forcream and sugar on the side and they put it in my coffee. I ask for extra ice and get no ice. And when you go inside to ask for the correct items they give you attitude ?

I had high expectations customer service was very poor i sat down and had no one said a word to me till 10 mins later and thats because i had asked my waitress can i order now she said she saw me already why didnt you say anything letting me know that you are getting to me or something rather then just having me sit there.

Update: Very unfortunately you can’t do normal curbside app orders here anymore (it was only for while they were rebuilding Dwarf House). I wish you could as there is no curbside at the new Dwarf House.===Can’t wait to pick up my mobile orders here starting tomorrow! ?

Victor is amazing he is the Catering director and he was so accommodating. We realized last minute that the operation was so bad our team would not be able to be gone for long periods of time and we reached out to him and his team and in less that 2 hours our team of more than 60 people were eating good! He even said to call him back if there were any issues. We order often but this is the first time it was so last minute and we still received exceptional service! Thank you!

For more than 30 years I have loved this place for the food, atmosphere, and service. When I travel I look for CHICK-FIL-A on Purpose. Rest rooms Always clean. All the years eating here I just discovered they serve hamburgers. Just noticed it on the menu. The chicken sandwich ? and other stuff is so good I never thought ? hamburger ? Maybe next time ?

Good like any other chick fil a but takes awhile to get food like 20 mins, messed up my order twice but manager was kind enough to fix it. Make sure you get all your sauces/dips, I always have to ask for them even though i put them in the app when ordering!

Visiting from out town but I’m an Atlanta native. My very first job was at Chick-Fil-A; the interaction I had last night was rather disappointing.In the drive through, the young man made eye contact twice while taking my order. After stating the meals I wanted, he paused for a few seconds then continued, “So like, any sauces, what do ’ya want to drink?” I answered his question(s) and pulled around. Furthermore, he didn’t pay enough attention to even get the right color of my vehicle. Yes, this occurred when it was dark out, but under the lights, grey and brown are noticeably different I don’t know for sure but my assumption is that his attention was directed at his phone — and not his job
