This Domino's needs some work. Good luck if you get delivery. I ordered delivery once and it took three hours. After an hour or so I tried to cancel but you have to call the store for that and they wouldn't answer the phone. Corporate gave me a coupon. Even if you pick up it's going to take 5 times as long as the website says. They have all the usual corporate crap on the walls but the employees seem like teenagers in a movie about a terrible pizza place. Avoid, go somewhere else.

The whole point of uber eats is to use available drivers. Dominos used their own and I never got my food after waiting over an hour. Terrible service and they couldn’t pick up phone. Such a waste of time. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble

Food was good. No contact to the care is an absolute lie. It looked so unclean but the staff looked unhealthy. They appeared to not even know I believed they had curbside service. I was starving but I will never go back again.

I ordered Domino’s to my hotel room and specifically included my room number in the delivery instructions, as the app requested. The driver, Jayla, refused to deliver to my room, claiming she was “not allowed” to go upstairs. I verified with the hotel afterward, and they confirmed there are no restrictions on food deliveries to rooms.
Not only did she refuse to come upstairs, but she didn’t even get out of her car. I had to get dressed, go downstairs, knock on her window, and she handed me my order through it without saying much before driving off. I had already paid for a 25% tip, which felt undeserved given the effort I still had to make.
The food itself was fine—exactly what I expected from Domino’s—so this isn’t about the quality of the pizza. The issue is with the poor service and the driver’s dishonesty about the hotel’s policy. Very disappointing experience.
I really wish I could take back my tip...

This place is just horrible. Ordered at 5:37 online. I get there at 6:07 and she tells me it’ll be 15 more minutes before they even make it and gets an attitude because I asked about the wait. Just go somewhere else honestly.

Friday night - we placed a delivery order and had to go pick up the two pizzas in-person after waiting two hours for a delivery order. WOW! COMPLETELY SHOCKED!
Upon arrival, we were not greeted, and basically ignored by the employees. They clearly were having a long day and not even answering any of the constantly ringing phones.
We literally could have just walked out with any pizza we wanted that’s how inattentive the employees were! After finally speaking with someone, we were given our order about 15 minutes later, not offered an apology, or refund for the order. And the PIZZA WAS COLD AND THE ORDER WAS WRONG!
Trust! Corporate will be emailed. This is truly UNACCEPTABLE! Fire the employees, give us new management cause, SOMETHING! JUST WOW A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!
Dominoes! Get it together! Smh! 1-STAR EXPERIENCE!
