Went in to try the viral tiktok pizza with the rotisserie chicken and bacon with ranch. Added green peppers, olives, red onions, halepenos, banana peppers n mixed cheese, ALL the ingredients were fresh. The ladies working had excellent customer service and knew exactly what I was speaking of. Every subway does not have the pizza, but this location does. It's clean and smelled like fresh bread. One of the cleanest subways around Augusta. 5 stars across the board.

Went here and placed an order on the app and it showed that it had been paid for and all. Was waiting to see if they got the order to start fixing it. They only had one ticket from an online order (not mine). When I asked about it they said give it a minute to see if it comes through but then they asked if I used a coupon with my order when I said I did all they could say is that they don't allow the coupons to be used anymore that supposedly they stopped around 4 months ago. So now with a paid order that I can't get and money that was spent for the order not knowing if I will get it back or what and having to figure out how to buy supper because of the money being tied up is not a good spot to be in. When a coupon shows that the store is participating in the deal then it should be able to be used there. You shouldn't have to wonder if you will be getting the money back or if your going have to fight to get it back and you shouldnt have to wonder what to do next. They didn't try to do anything at all except say they don't do coupons anymore. They didn't try to find a way to fix the problem or anything. Not very professional here. They didn't care if you paid or not they don't care if you get your food. Seems to me this place is getting as bad as the one on peach orchard rd.

I always have a good experience coming here but today for both staff to only assist the male that came in first was crazy, I had done sat down I didn’t get a hello or nothing. The staff dropped the ball tonight. And not only that The place started to get packed. The food never disappoints me

It's always great! Great customer service HOWEVER. ..TODAY about 832pm, I came home with my sandwich and got ready to pick it up and there was a HAIR. it's definitely not mine/my texture. Maybe it came off the lady's clothes or something but may I recommend hair nets. And I'm asking corporate for that accommodation. They're closing in 8 minutes now. I can't go back to have it resolved. The hair is why I rated 1 star
