This store needs to be shut down!! I came to the DT, 2 cars in front of me waited and waited and both left without getting serviced. After I waited myself for about 10 minutes after pulling up to the screen, I finally call and make them aware I’ve been sitting here and cars have been leaving due to not getting serviced. I order and I pull up to the DT counter. I attempted to use my coupon when they made me aware the scanner is broken. The manager shauna came to the drive thru and practically rolled her eyes at me in disgust and walked off. What happened to this store? Why has it gotten so horrible? This is unacceptable!!! They were most definitely trying to close early, 100%. The district manager needs to be aware and I will do my due diligence to email corporate about this horrible experience. The district needs to replace all of the staff, especially management and hire responsible, enthusiastic people who want to contribute to this company in a correct manner. Chick fil a would never in a million years treat their customers like this. Someone fix this!!!!

This location is really clean, food is good quality 99% of the time. Some times drive-thru order is incorrect BUT they're quick to correct. The tall muscular man currently working there is the nicest dude and makes me want to return.

The person(I think manager), who took our order was so rude. We had to guess that he was willing to take care of us. The sauce e station was sticky and dirty. Most table were dirty.

I placed a mobile order and picked it up, it was wrong so I called. Vanessa answered and apologized for the mistake and remade my order. Vanessa always answers on one of the first rings and is always courteous. great customer service ? ?
The food is tasty, it's what you expect from Arby's. One plus is that the food is almost always freshly made and hot. One minus is that the service is hit or miss. Some of the workers could care less about customer care.

Pretty quiet place. As the the matter of fact, in the 18 years I have lived in this area, I’ve never seen this place is busy or any other Arby’s for that matter. And yet they are still in business. Not sure what’s the secret. Maybe because they ‘got the meat!’I mean because it’s not busy that means you get faster service and a very quiet meal at this place. Arby’s portion is good. You got a hefty portion of meat in your order in compare to other fast-food chains and you got lean meat (if you’re into lean stuff).

Customer service is just not a thing anymore. If I place a simple kids meal order smile when I greet you, the least you can do is say you're welcome after handing me the food. After I got my food I looked in the bag and saw the apple sauce wasn't in the bag so I mentioned it to the young lady. After a minute a guy handed it to me with his back towards me. It shouldn't be hard to fake it until you make it in the drive thru window.
