While getting my vehicle washed next door. Thought it would be great to try local. The lady with the glasses was speaking Spanish, I don't speak fluent, so proceeded to order in English and apologize that I didn't speak Spanish, her whole body language and attitude changed and she shook her head as if annoyed and said in broken English I don't understand and rolled her eyes. I guess this is what has become of local customer service. Spending money some place else.

The got at the register shouldn’t have a job. I ordered a frozen mango lemonade. It took her 20 mins to start on due to her being on her phone. She was on her phone the entire time. She finally made my lemonade and instead of putting sugar, she put salt. I brung the lemonade back and she lied and said it was sugar. The lemonade tasted like purse salt water. It was so nasty. She didn’t apologize for making me wait that long or messing up my order. She was so busy looking at her phone every 5 mins. What a waste of time.

Meat is dried out and not very flavorful. Beans lacked flavor. Arepa lacked salt. Labeling various to-go containers would help when ordering take-out. My wife is Columbian, so we tried it out. She agreed that our home kitchen has produced better native food. If you don't know how to prepare and want to see a glimpse of what they eat in Columbia, it's fine. But for good Columbian food, it's a pass for me.

My husband and I went here for the first time today (6/22/25 - at the Lawrenceville location), and let me tell you....amaaaazing! I ordered the traditional hot dog with a jugo de mango biche and my husband had the Boca burger with a jugo de maracuya...if you don't know what that is, then you definitely need to go try them out. I had been looking for exactly that flavor of hot dog for the last 25 years and I can happily say that I finally found the place that hit the nail on the head. Best Colombian fast food! The servers and cooks were all very friendly and attentive. You gotta check it out!

I liked the hamburger—it had good flavor, but the bun was hard and slightly burnt, which took away from the overall experience. The portion of fries was too small for the price, and the sausage with arepa, while tasty, was also much smaller than expected for what we paid.

We also had a frustrating experience when ordering. We started placing our order at the self-service computer, and after about 15 minutes of trying to figure out how to pay, a staff member finally told us we couldn't complete the order or payment there. It was frustrating because she had seen us the whole time and didn’t say anything—seemed like she was too busy on her phone to help.

On top of that, several people were waiting for around 20 minutes just to place their orders. So if you plan to dine in, be prepared to wait and bring some patience with you.

Overall, the food was okay, but the portion sizes, burnt bun, long wait times, and lack of customer service made it a disappointing visit.

Poor service, my food sat on the counter for 20 minutes before I had to go ask where my food was. Very overpriced for a small portion of mediocre food.

I was waiting on a tire rotation at Tires Plus and decided to go across the street to get something while i waited. It is inside the BP gas station. The lunch special is 9.99 You have two choices I choose chicken it comes with fries a salad and plantain the drink was passion fruit. Everything was good and fresh. A little language barrier but kindness can be felt in any language. Will try again

Make sure they are open before you arrive. The schedule does not correspond to the operating time. Travel 1 time because they closed at 11:00pm and it turns out they closed at 9:00pm. The schedule can be modified so as not to waste time, much less the inconvenience of a trip.

The sausage was conspicuous by its absence in the “salchi” papa…….

The mountaineer warm-up was not good. (it had no flavor or salt).

Good customer service.
We have to try other things but the heating is not similar to Doralville
