The line is always so long and I never get exactly what I ask for, the first time I ordered a glaze donut and got a icing sprinkled one and this time I asked if I could get a warm glazed donut and it wasn’t warmed. I’m going to stop coming to this location bc the line is a 10-15 min wait and after seeing the reviews I’m disgusted.

Every person who bought coffee in the morning tastes delicious as if they were drinking swamp water so bad that I can't even drink it and the strange thing is that it's only in the mornings since when they bought it in the shops it tastes good ? 10 out of 10 I don't know if the ones in the Tomorrow they will roast it on purpose since I am a teenager but there have already been 5 coffees that I can't drink because it tastes so bad.

Apparently you can only use the drive thru if you have the app, otherwise you're told to download the app, place you're order and wait another 20 minutes in line. (Don't have the app because I've never go to Dunkin, tried to go this once and now I don't want to even bother.) Forget it, drove to McDonalds and had no issue ordering without the app.
I had a lovely customer service experience here. My mom was craving a certain donut they didn't have ready and they frosted it for me on the spot.

Honestly got really disgusted at the man at the drive through window. Caught him digging into his ears. Scratching his head neck and back WHILE wearing gloves he used to take care of my order. So much for wearing gloves to keep sanitary. Beats the purpose of wearing those gloves.

Omg to the man at the drive through window. Please know that the customers can see you. Wearing gloves but was picking inside your ear and scratching your head neck and back with the gloves on. Then handling people's orders. That is extremely unsanitary.
