Dear Corporate and Store Manager. This location lacks of minimal customer service courtesy and care. We walked into this location Dec 18 2022 at 6:50pm (by the employees expressions) to bother them from sitting in the front tables on their phones... the person who "assisted" us, after picking our doughnuts we inserted our payment card to pay as usual, the employee didn't even let the receipt finish printing to go back to his crew, He didn't even handed over the receipt. We looked at each other wondering what's going on. We had to reach below the epoxy glass for the receipt. By the way, there's cleaning concerns that should be address, I'm adding a picture with his curly hairs in our box.. ????Order: 1 dozen sorted doughnuts (with Hairs included)

So, I love Dunkin in general and specially their coffee and donuts. This is the only location that comes on my way to work, so I prefer to go to this location. However, everytime I get a donut from there, I feel they are not freshly made. I don't understand how come they always manage to give me a donut that is not freshly made that morning. I get there around 9:00 to 9:30 am and still don't get a Donut from that morning. I am not going to this Dunkin location anymore. I feel I am ripped everytime I go there.

This location is the worst dunkin donut store I've ever been to. The attendants are rude and very unprofessional. We went in there Nov 4, 2022, and after 5mins wait I called out for attention. Though three of them were on duty at the time, no one came out to attend to us.This isn't the only time they've misbehaved. We will NEVER go there again. You should know we have options.

I come here almost every weekend before work. Coffee is mostly always consistent in taste. Order is always correct and ready for me to pick up ?? This location can be very busy at times, line can be very long at the drive thru.

Anyone will tell you I am a DD freak. I go to DD faithfully on a regular almost every day basis. This is by far the worse DD I have been to and it is the closest to my job. Today was the last straw, I gave them another chance today because I was buying coffee for my co-work and I’d rather DD over Starbucks (nothing against SB BTW). But this location do not know how to make coffee drinks and then want to argue with you as if you don’t know how your coffee is made that you get pretty much every day. Will never return to this location. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone in a month and a half because sometimes I’m running late to work, now I’d rather just be late to work and go to the DD that takes care of me and makes my coffee right. I wish I could give this location zero stars.

Hello, I am recently and employee at this Dunkin’ Donuts DO NOT WORK HERE!!! The store owner is a man who is disrespectful and rude. Today he comes in around 8pm or so and say “I’m paying you make me harsh browns” then repeated I’m paying you make me harsh browns. This happened because I was on my laptop doing work which their was no customer in for hours and the building was clean and also we don’t get breaks, so if it’s slow in the afternoon how come I can’t be on my laptop? They only pay 9 dollars and hour. Their shift aren’t flexible for high schoolers.and their very inconsiderate to their younger employees but not to the older employees. DO NOT LET YOUR TEEN AGER WORK HERE!!!!!!!

I didn't like my customer service there. They lady told me not to open my bags that I placed an order for online and I asked her why I couldn't open my own bag that I paid for? It felt discriminatory like. Also they tot my order wrong when I got to the house and checked my food. They need better people with better customer service in a lot of these dukin donuts.

My wife & I stopped by this afternoon for coffee & a donut. When we entered we walked directly to the counter. Received immediate service. The employee was friendly and efficient. The facility was clean including the restroom. It was raining & they had their wet floor signs out for customer safety. Overall we had an above average experience. Open daily. Drive thru. Ample parking.

I've been to that area and it was fine. Everything was cool until last Sunday, This rude Indian lady rub me the wrong way!!! All I did was just order a large sweet tea and a Boston Kreme donut. And when I paid for it, she intentionally threw the reciept on the table instead of hand it to me in my hand. I didn't do anything to her and I don't even know her. She has a real nasty attitude when I try to show her how much ice I needed in a large cup!!! Then after that she just push it striaght foward on the table. She was very foul and disrespectful!!! I wonder if she did that to the rest of the customers. I' ve should've reported her to the store manager right away!!! She needs to be fired if she keep on having a nasty attitude!!! What ever it is, it is not my problem!!! I should've gave it one star because of that incident!!! She needs to stay in her place if she wants to continue to work, otherwise she will not have a job to go to!!

I just got robbed from young lady that took my order. I used my cash app card bal was 23 my order was 7.72 now zero in my cash app. Can’t go back because I’m on my way to work but rest assure I will be there tomorrow. Who knows how many other people she has done that to and they haven’t noticed. Tried calling store no answer.

Speedy service. Went through the drive though, (ordered, paid and got my order) in under 3 min. I only ordered one donut, but I received two... Possibly because one of them looks like someone took a bite out of it already lol.
