We have always loved the subs, but waiting 30 minutes to order a take out is ridiculous. In house customers should not be at the bottom of the service list. We won’t be coming back.

Wrong order made and we said it was wrong but they responded with “I already made the sandwich though”.The staff were uncommunicative and generally passive to every customer and to our requests. It took about 30 minutes to make 4 sandwiches and the dining area was basically empty. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be vegan like on their menu but it had cheese on it. Which is not vegan. They’re dismissal of our simple requests led to us eating leftover soup.

Firehouse subs are ALWAYS good. Their Philly never fails. It's definitely not like your regular wings and seafood Philly, but it tastes wonderful nonetheless. It's my go to whenever I visit any firehouse location. Maybe one day I'll get a photo before inhaling my sandwich. They also have this red sauce that is absolutely perfect with the Philly. It's sweet and just a tad bit spicy. It's one of the best things about firehouse.

GO ANYWHERE BUT TO THIS LOCATION. I've tried them 3 times and gets worst each visit. I ordered 4 large subs and a side salad to only get home to see that I was missing a sub and side salad. The other subs were absolutely horrible and missing all add-ons. I went back today, 2 days later, to get my the food I paid for. The manager remade the missing food but I was still wrong. When I pointed it out, the manager told the cashier that customers are not always right! Also, there was no tea or ice in the machine.

I ordered 3 subs via Uber eats for pick up. The order was set to take 10-20 minutes. I got to the store about 10 mins later. The woman who was working immediately told me that they were extremely busy (they weren't, there was one other person waiting).I sat and waited 25 mins, during which time they managed to take 2 customer orders, provide 2 customers with food, and was visited by code enforcement (who was threatening to shut the place down).On top of this, the food was barely warm and gross. This place used to be alright. What happened, man?

I had a mobile order and the owner couldn't find it. I had my receipt on my phone. He said I don't have time to look for it . He was very rude. I was a regular customer but I will find another Firehouse sub location. They are always out of something like the soda machine don't work or pickles.

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs and I was impressed! I still think Blimpies is better but firehouse definitely top 3! I will definitely recommend this place.

Really bad costumer service, a girl took my order and never made it and I was waiting for a long time, more customers came in and they left and nobody told me that my order was not working on it . Never come back to this
