It seems unfair to me that if the promotion says $11.99 for 15 wings, they charged my husband almost $40 for 30 wings on February 11, 2024, the day of the Superbowl.

Used to be good wings but have gone downhill fast. Customer service is terrible. They're focuses on taking orders only while everybody's food is getting cold stacked up in the back. Some of them aren't very friendly so im going to try 3 other wing places in close proximity instead.

Love J Buffalo! Used to frequent them often when it 1st opened. Then ended up falling off but have started going back over the last 3-4 months or so and ADDICTED...I'm currently hooked on the dry lemon pepper and mango habanero wings!!! So delicious ?. Hope they keep this up! The wings sometimes be small though. However, no major complaints. They currently have a 15 piece wings only special for $11.99

They are so cheap and stingy. You get like 4 shrimps on your fried rice for $11.

Don't do business here. I placed an order online -- very simple wings order -- combo with lemon pepper and mild buffalo and an order of sweet potato fries. When I got there they asked my name and checked the order and said it was correct. I saw the sweet potato fries in the bag so thought I was good to go. When I got home, the order was not correct -- 1 flavor of wings, an order of sweet potato fries and an order of regular fries. So even before getting out of the car I called and explained the situation. I spent the next 5 minutes arguing with them. They said they needed me to bring the food up there so they could see and I told them I would be glad to bring the food back to them, but that I wanted them to go ahead and start preparing my order so I did not have to wait for the order. Even once they put the manager on the line, it was still aruging back and forth. She told me that I would have to deal directly with the online ordering app since they made the order according to the order that was place online. I had a copy of the online order and it was what I ordered. They kept arguing and refused to fix the mistake so I hung up. A few minutes later I got a text indicating the online order had been cancelled, hence a refund. I was thinking OK they realized there was a mistake somewhere. But not even a minute later, another text UNCANCELLING the cancellation order came through. So tacky. Obviously meeting customer expectations is not a priority.

I used to love eating at J Buffalo 20 years ago on MLK. They were great in Tucker as well. But this location was awful. I was served broken chicken, my fried rice was more like stir fry. I ordered house fried rice, they used Philly cheesesteak meat for “beef”, grilled chunks of chicken seasoned with season salt, and 3 old frozen not deveined shrimp.I was really looking forward to my food and it really disappointed. I actually was originally headed to Touchdown Wings but passed J Buffalo first and it brought back memories. Big mistake. I hate leaving unfavorable reviews, but I would’ve given them a -12 if I could. It was really bad, and I feel like they think they can get away with serving bad food because of the location and area of the restaurant.

I went to buy some wings and the lady the cashier was so rude I trying to help some old man he not speak inglés and she told me that wasn’t my business. I love that place but I won’t be back anymore.

Not sure what happened to this place, they had the best lemon pepper, it had a hit of sweet to it but now it’s just a watery mess and tasteless. New management?
