To be honest, I love jimmy johns but I am literally disgusted. I ordered at this location on sugarloaf by jj buffalo wings on sugarloaf pkwy. The food was delicious but the staff there need extra training on hand hygiene. I sat and ate there and I saw several things that concerned me while eating there such as the whole time I was there the staff went from handling money, cleaning, sweeping the floor and picking up trash off the floor and then serving food without washing hands once. One team member literally yawned in her hands and went to go prep food and serve customers at the drive thru. Although the quality of the food was good I literally threw it away. Just puts a bad taste in your mouth.
We loved the food there. The workers was very friendly we will be going back and we going be ordering for the church I hope next week. That was are first time going to this one.
The girl at the drive thru was very rude to me . After I ordered she mumbled under her breath which I heard through the speaker. When I pulled around to pick up my food I accidentally dropped my card when I got out to pick it up she mumbled again. They need to replace her ASAP.
Apparently they're out the f lettuce. No one said anything nor was there a sign on the window. Got home and both sandwiches had no lettuce nor a pickle slice. However they did replace the lettuce with sliced pickles. Near sandwich had pickles listed in the ingredients list, not would we have ordered pickles on the sandwiches. Not the end of the world, just irritating that $20 sandwiches did not come as shown on menu. And for those that don't like pickles it ruins the sandwich.
I have been going to this Jimmy Johns for the last 2-3 years. I am a regular when it comes to the Tuna sandwich. Usually I can't go wrong with it. However, lately (past 3-4 visits/ 3 months), they have not been putting enough tuna, ONLY enough to cover half the sub. I would not complain if it was not spread out evenly because I can do that with a spoon but it only covers half with a thin layer. This will be my first review on a restaurant ever because I was so disappointed. I spoke with the manager there and he said that is how much they are required to put on the sandwich. I have written them a private message on the website to see if this is something that is a local store standard or a corporate wide. I have yet to hear anything back and it has been a month. I am just appalled by how they are charging a full 8" size and only putting a kid size amount on it. The other sandwiches seem to be fine but if you are looking for Tuna sandwiches, you should go somewhere else.
I hate leaving reviews but I got a totally tuna, was eating it and I bit into a STAPLE which stabbed me. Called the store immediately and gave the kid my info, was told the manager would reach out to me and they didn’t. Not coming back. Mouth still hurts.
I ordered a sandwich for delivery and received the usual text saying it had been delivered. I hadn’t received my order yet so I called the store and was told it was still out for delivery even though it was said delivered. When I do finally receive my sandwich it’s opened and unwrapped. The sticker was ripped in half and the paper was messily rolled, not the usual Jimmy Johns way. So of course, I’m not feeling so comfortable about it. I call the manager to let him know…although he was apologetic I could tell by his tone he thought I was out to get free sandwich. Smh. Anyways, they deliver me a new sandwich but by then I had ordered from somewhere else and the delivery guy has the nerve to ask me for the other sandwich back. So I gave it to him so the could pass it on to the next guest like they did mine. Do better guys! It’s a $6 sandwich….not worth losing a repeat, good tipping customer

This was awesome location for awhile. I would go probably once a week I’d say for lunch. Recently I have been cutting back due to the lack of service and product quality. I went today for lunch, ordered a beach club, drove to the window, paid, and waited and waited. After about five-ten minutes of waiting, another guy comes to the window and says that will be $10 and some change. I had to explain that I already paid. He then proceeds to say, “ oh we are also out of lettuce.” Well that’s strange because every sandwich here gets lettuce. By this point there was line of 5 cars. I hope that everybody was notified before they ordered, because I was not. Very lack luster from what it use to be. Please the photo of the dry sandwich I received ?
This location used to be really customer friendly, never had an issue. The past 3 weeks i ordered 2 one they made me wait over 30 minutes the second I ordered for delivery it took them over an hour to deliver and order was incomplete. Management should be a little more strict when it comes to timing and customer service.
Place was very clean & food was very good. Atmosphere was great. Would highly recommend.
