Great food, great service, great tea always during lunch time , definitely a great place for lunch and fast service. Definitely not the best place (if we’re being realistic)for dinner, but 10/10 recommend during lunch time when the GM is in store, very friendly and attentive staff.

I called prior to coming around 815pm. I was left on hold for 30 minutes and no one returned to answer the phone. Then when I arrived at this location before 9pm on Sunday to the drive-thru nobody came to the intercom even though I saw someone inside. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional to close before your time. Why say you close at 9pm if you really close at 8:30pm?! Waste of people’s time.

I eat at JJ pretty often. My sandwich was just off! Proportions were wrong, it flat out tasted weird with flavors that shouldn’t be there. I won’t be going back.
Great service at this location on Sugarloaf. Consistent subs every time I visit. Staff is always friendly!

Very thin sliced tomatoes, cannot taste any tomato. Expensive for a short sub. Ordered 2 subs, had to turn off my car and wait at the drive thru. I was the only person there.I don't know how they stay in business.

worst Jimmy Johns .. they deliver when they feel like it I guess? or just don’t properly train their employees to look at “RaDiUS” .. so if you’re starving , car-less and only have cash you’re out of luck with this selective location for delivery ?

I had a fantastic experience with this location. We ordered 42 lunch boxes to be delivered to two locations on Saturday, April 1. The manager was very helpful and easy to work with. The delivery driver was courteous and on time. The 42 boxes were correct and delicious! Great customer service and experience.
We have place many orders (due to my husband enjoying the sandwiches) and continuously receive calls with limitations that Are not posted (virtually) No bread, no lettuce, no workers etc. We totally understand what the pandemic has done to many companies but as a company with a running business you should evolve to how the world has changed. Provide the employees with the opportunity for success by allowing customers to see what/who (drivers) is out so we don’t receive calls ( most times from young adults who don’t know what to say) asking/telling me about a refund being scheduled. Thanks but no thanks Jimmy John’s! Last order placed, never again will we hope you (a sandwich company) can fulfill our order.

Better than most Jimmy's I been to around the area. Friendly service. I got mine freaky fresh and freaky fast just as they advertise! As I'm placing my order at the counter, the person making sandwiches is really listening to my order as it's being taken and got started on making it. By the time I'm done paying they have me my order ready in a bag to go lol Good Job y'all!! ??

When they should have just fixed all the orders that had come in and closed the doors. Especially since they took my money out of my account, and now I have to wait to receive my money back. Don't order here, this location is TRASH! The manager said her name was Rochelle.

Never been here before, but first impressions are above average for sure. I ordered the jimmy Cubano with chips and drink, and was pleasantly surprised. While the soda was a little flat and the chips weren't any better than Cape Cod, the sandwiches are the real deal. Every bite is packed with flavor from the crunchy pickles and bacon to the savory ham and condiments. Even the bread, while frozen, is baked in store as I observed. Staff was pleasant, courteous, and gave good recommendations from the menu.My one gripe - and the reason I dropped one star - was the price point. At $12 with tax, it's slightly more than I'm used to paying for a cold cut sandwich combo. I would say this place ranks somewhere above Subway but still right behind Publix deli.
