I don't recommend this resturant. I've tried getting in contact with a manager for a month now regarding my order but they don't respond. I purchased the #15 turkey sandwhich. It was supposed to have 33% more meat and double cheese. As you see in the photo, there was 3 very thin slices of turkey, limited toppings, and no cheese. It was literally just bread. Publix is literally next door and their subs are not only fresh but they don't skimp out on the meat and toppings. Go to Publix for subs, not this Subway.

It is so hot in here, almost like a sweatbox. The counter seems clean, but the restroom is AWFUL! THe health department needs to visit. The women’s is out of order, so I had to use the men’s. It seems like it hasn’t been cleaned since last summer. What’s wrong with restaurants cleaning toilets, floors and sinks?

Wednesday I went to this location and ordered food, I came inside because I placed a curbside order but I didn’t see a particular parking spot for subway so I came inside the man was sweet but he didn’t have my entire order in his hand so even if he came to me outside my order wasn’t fully there. Okay fine I’m inside I’m like I had a drink he points me to where the cups are. I make my drink open the bag I notice that my cookies are really hard so I ask the lady at the counter if I could get fresher cookies the lady proceeded to be rude and tell me something was broke and that those cookies were fresh she just made them. I’m already not happy with her response and hostility in her voice, so when she offers to put them in the microwave I said no thank you and have a nice day also my chips were missing so I had to comeback in and get them. Won’t come again. It’s obvious y’all don’t want customers here.

I paid for extra meat and it came smaller than it would if I went into the store. I called and nobody speaks clear English, the delivery driver or the person on the phone could speak English. Very bad service.

I came inside the store, stood at the sign where orders should be placed while there was one customer ahead of me that was being served. I was never acknowledged or greeted but another customer (whom I'm assuming was with the first customer) walks to the end of the line and states that he wants a sub. The server finishes w/ the first customer, still yet to acknowledge or greet me, and proceeds to start making this man's order. At this point I ask when will my order be taken and I was ignored. I immediately left bc I did not have time, but simple common courtesy and customer service was completely void at this business.

I don't know what it is with Subway restaurants these days. NONE of them will accept the coupons that are sent in the mail so I'd suggest corporate either stop wasting the paper or set some type of guidelines around the stores acceptance of them. All I asked was to toast my sandwich just a little longer so everything was warm and his attitude quickly changed. This also seems to be common in Subway restaurants and its usually the owner who provides the worst service.

Rude Indian woman repeatedly asks “anything else” before you can even finish what you were saying, and she messes up often in her hurry to rush you out the door. The only saving grace at this store is the kind man who also works there. Sadly, due to the rude woman who can’t even say the words “thank you”, I will not be back.

not sure whats dirtier the manager in charge of this subway or the inside of the restaurant itself, its hard to find a table to sit at in here without dead flies an food stains from weeks ago on it, the manager here is lazy an careless he sits around watching other employees work an whenever he has to help out or chip in he acts like you are bothering him, he just wants to sit on the clock an take several cigarette breaks an thinks he can talk/treat his customers anyway he wants, theyre barely getting any buisness an im pretty sure its because of him. i wish Subway the best

Ordered a supreme meats via app, then arrived on time to pick up the sandwich. There was a young guy sitting on top of the counter, so I asked if my order was ready. He told me to give him “four” minutes, so I sat down and waited. picked up the sandwich, came home and opened it to find that it was the wrong sandwich with four slabs of Black Forest ham… Total waste of time and money..
