Do not come here! we waited forever for our food and once we got the food it was COLD and when we complained we were told all sales were final. Also, the music is wack! I visited this restaurant on 3-20-2024 being entertained by Randy . Entertainment show was very nice . Food service was very poor . I had to wait close to a hour and was not served my food . Everyone in my party had their food . When I went to the bar to complain and ask to talk to the manager, she refused to come out 2 times after requesting her . I was told , “ she is in the office working “. I told waitress to cancel my order , she told the manager and the manager said it could not be canceled. Manager still refusing come out and talk to me .I know this is poor management, and they are not there please her customers . I will have to think twice before I come back to this establishment.

My wife and I went the past weekend to grab a quick bite and a drink or two. When my wife arrived (I came later), the server came and took her drink order and then disappeared for what seemed to be :20. It was not crowded and there was no reason to take that long for one drink. It was at this point we decided to not order food and pay for the drink and go about our way. The problem is that the server left and went outside for an additional amount of time leaving us to do whatever. We wanted to pay but could not find our server. We asked another server to allow us to settle our tab and she went to find our server and quickly brought the pay machine to our table. Still haven't seen our waitress. The new server said that she could not print the receipt as it was not her table/account and would not be able to. I think it is odd there was an 18% service charge (the servers allegedly don't get) and a 3% processing fee and then taxes on top of those additional fees. As we were paying, our original server came back in smelling like weed. If you smoke, I don't think it's a good look to leave a customer to do so. Do that on your own time. If this is what your manager allows, pays you for, do you. I won't be back.

I called to place an order and spoke with a lady name Lilly , she was very rude and constantly assumed that i called before when trying to place an order , she kept asking what i want to order after telling her 3 times what i wanted to order . Lilly did not give great customer service and continued to be rude and gave attitude during the whole phone call towards me when i just wanted to order some wings to go . I will not support this establishment anymore. Management really need to train their staff because this is unacceptable and it saddens Me that a black establishment runs like this and the food is pretty good but the service makes this place looks very bad .

I went to the soft brunch today, and it a great vibe. It was a girls day, and we had such a great experience. The chefs came and spoke to all of the customers, as well as the GM. The brunch WILL be a hit, and the apple on the top was to have Atlanta's own M&M hosting. I can not wait to come

I stopped in on a Friday night just to check it out because it's in the neighborhood and the reviews on the food looked great. Immediately our waitress Ericka came over with a smile and got us started with drinks. The service was prompt. Ericka your service was ? we chose the turkey sliders and the Hennessey wings. The presentation was amazing ? the Hennessey wings are lit on fire ? after they pour the Hennessey on them at your table. This place has a lot of sections that you can reserve. Reminds me of the gold room. The food was so good. I had a hurricane and my drink was made perfectly. The DJ was fire and is definitely from NY and so am I. Love the way he went old skool NY playing anything from Fat Joe to 50 to R Kelly and Jay to a little Paul Wall baby lol. All this and it was only 7pm before the croud. The atmosphere is great for parties or just watching sports or hosting an event. I didn't like the 18% gratuity added but everything can't be perfect. I definitely will be returning. Thanks Ericka you made our experience with worth it, and welcome to Atlanta momma.

This was my mom and I’s first time trying this restaurant. We wanted to find a place with good food, drinks, and a nice vibe. When we walked in, we were stunned at how nice the aesthetic of the place was and all the nice decor. When you walk in you feel like you are at home and having a party with a group of friends. We ordered a few things off of the menu and decided to share each item. What we got was: Turkey sliders, the Hennessy wings, and French fries. When I say the best sliders we’ve ever had, THEE BEST!! The waitress also came over and did this cool fancy trick to show us why the wings are called Hennessy wings… she poured Hennessy over them and lit them on fire. It was so cool to watch!! The drinks hit as well and the New York music that the DJ played made us feel like home in Buffalo. Not to mention our awesome waitress Erica. She was so down to earth. She will give you her honest opinion, for those times you need help ordering and she has a great personality. Her also being from NY (Rochester) made our service 10x better. If you go to this lounge or booking a section, contact Erica! She’s very personable and sweet.We will be coming back soon! 10/10
I went to watch the Cowboys game on a Thursday night and it was a nice vibe. Good food and drinks. I ordered the shrimp quesdilla with a sex on the beach. The waitress was very kind and attentive. She was always checking on me and my friend to see if we were okay and my friend she ordered lemon pepper wings and fries which the fries were good and season well. The crowd was like 35 and up. So it was a more mature fun crowd of ppl. I do recommend this lounge as a nice place to go watch the game. I will go back for the karaoke night on Wednesday to see how that is.

Great atmosphere but we sat at the bar for a long time before anybody took our order . After asking a couple of times, could we get some drinks. The bartender that we initially asked for drinks came up and asked "ain't nobody took yall order " REALLY I got me a beer and my lady got her a mixed drink $27 gratuity and order fee added. My point to the last statement is you're gonna get gratuity because it's added to every order so you're not getting stuck without any gratuity and a nice guy like myself gonna always add some more. I really like the vibe and I will be back. I'm probably definitely gonna sit at a table next time.

It was a really cool vibe. The service was good and the people were friendly. It was comedy night and the comedians were really funny. But the best part of the night was definitely the food. We had tacos and quesadillas. Well seasoned and delicious. We will certainly be back.
