I didn't look @ meal when I got home b4 goin 2 get desserts ... when I got home aftr gettn desserts ... I went 2 eat & learnd the shrimp was not w/the meal as well. O well ... I guess that was my fault goin there n the 1st place (plus they nvr gave me a receipt ithr). Won't b goin bk there again. ?

I visited this location on 1/30/24. I had to go to the drive-thru to pick up an online order because the lobby was closed. No one was at the window and I had to sit there for several minutes before someone finally came to it. I called the restaurant twice while at the window and they just picked up the phone and hung up both times. I blew my horn twice and after the second time someone finally came with a mad look on his face. He never said a word to me. I told him why I was there and he slammed the window and walked away. A couple minutes later someone else came to the window and handed me the order, never saying a word, and then slammed the window and walked away. This shows just how sorry and lazy and rude the employees here are to their customers. Do yourself a favor and don't give business to this dump.

This is the worst meal I have ever gotten from Captain Ds anywhere. The young lady was friendly at the drive-thru, but this refried food was the worst. I understand it is $5.99 but let's serve others as we would our own food. It went in the trash. I didn't even want to request another meal at the risk of a worst situation. Please do better!

The food was good, it took a little bit but it was really good .
I don't live near a Captain D's so when I see one I stop. The food is consistently good. The service at the front counter was a bit slow but all the associates were busy. The dining room and restroom was clean. Would definitely visit again.
