Went there and had a big breakfast order. When I got home I realized they forgot two chicken buscuits. Called and they said come back up and they'd get it worked out. When I showed up the two cashers I worked with rolled their eyes at me and were very rude. Believe me, the last thing I wanted to do was have to come back up to this store and to be treated like I was just trying to steal or get free food was disrespectful. Never again Tom Hill.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT cater from this chick fil a! My husband went up there last weekend to pick up a catering order and they gave my husband’s order to someone else so they made my husband pay another $315 for his order and was told he would get a refund. Hes called this location multiple times and they claimed he would get the refund and my husband called his bank and asked if there’s a pending refund showing and his bank said it was there but it was taken off so at this point we feel he’s not even getting his money back. Don’t order from this chick fil a, they will steal your money!

I do NOT like the dine in experience. I like going to the counter ordering and getting my meal in a timely matter. I stood in line with one cashier taking a long order with other cashiers available but not taking orders. Then after standing around someone said if your dine in go sit in the lobby to wait again. Your system is broke.Once i got a waitress she was friendly and kind even though I was a little agitated.
I know I am vs the grain here but why do folks think this place is so great? Politics and racism aside, the atmosphere is terrible and disheartening. The food is worse but I guess folks like warm rubber. Maybe they add addictives? There is already a ton of sugar and preservatives in all their products from bread on down. Ugh.

Don't even bother with mobile thru...if you can't scan the barcode, you just sit in line until you can yell to get someone to help you...and even then they are bothered you need help. It took 19 minutes to get one egg white grille. Worst Chic fil a on Tom Hill in Macon, GA.
