Called in ordered beef Bulgogi trays she told me that it’ll be ready in 30 min when I arrive which was 40 min before closing. Nothing it’s obvious that she didn’t understand nothing I said and on top of that I was planning to spend at least 50 dollars in this restaurant.

Small business but big on hospitality. I recommend the bimbimbap (I hope I spelled it right).

Great spot! Delicious food, small parking lot is the only drawback. Service is great for what looked like a two person kitchen!

It was a nice experience. The food was okay. The flavor did not flow through the dish I ate completely, some parts were bland. Not a place that I would regularly eat at, especially with the price not worth the food. You may have been an off day that I went and they were not at their best but I was not impressed with the food.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The portion sizes are very nice and everything is reasonably priced. The meat is too sweet for me I didn’t enjoy it but everything was good.

The food was great, our waiter was very sweet, and the service was quick and good for the occasion. However, the prices on the menu in pictures on Google are lower than they are now in the restaurant.

WOW!! Some of the best food I have ever had!!! Absolutely outstanding!!! We got veggie dumplings, kimchi fried rice add tofu, the kimchi pancakes (ohhhmmmmyygooshhh) THAT was the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. And the pickled cucs!!! Mmm!!! Yes!!!! I want more!!! More more more!!! Hole in the wall and we almost didn’t go in….so glad we did because it became a highlight on our Macon trip and we’re contemplating doing it all over again tomorrow!! We’re hooked!!! And the host was very sweet and made me a delicious cup of Hot Moringa tea. A delicious superfood!!!!! Great job Kimchi Factory!! Definitely definitely recommend. This is the type of place you’d find Anthony Bourdain eating at on the regular ?Vegetarian options: I just told the host to order me basically everything that could be made vegetarian and he did an incredible job!!! I was blown away. Everything was just soooo incredible.

My family & I dined at the Kimchi Factory over the weekend & really enjoyed our meal. Our waiter, Sunny, was great! My parents ordered the Kimbab appetizers (one pork & one beef) & raved about them. My mom liked the Kimbab appetizer more than she liked the beef Bulgogi she ordered as her entrée. My dad ordered the pork Bulgogi & it was very good! The veggies were nice & crunchy & the pork was seasoned to perfection & tender. My mom's beef Bulgogi was okay. It did not have a lot of the Bulgogi sauce on it & she said the meat was kind of tough. I ordered the dumplings as an appetizer & they were VERY GOOD! Steamed to perfection & tasty! I think you get a total of 5 to 6 dumplings. For my entrée, I ordered the LA Galbi (beef short ribs) & they were kind of tough also. The seasoning was good but I wouldn't order it again. We also loved the eggplant & bean sprouts that came out with our dishes. Both were very tasty.Parking wasn't difficult, because we arrived when they first opened, but I could see it being an issue if you arrive when they're very busy. The spaces are tight & few. There are a lot of 'Do not park' or 'Reserved' areas that I fear could get ones car towed. Be careful & check the sign near where you park. All in all, I'd recommend Kimchi Factory because we will definitely return.

I had spicy Seafood tofu soup, and it was hot and satisfying. It came with four small dishes of a variety of pickled vegetables and kimchi and a side of rice. A delicious meal, and I'm going back today. I live most of the year in Philadelphia, and frequently travel to New York, and the Kimchi Factory in Macon is better the seafood soondubu jiggae I've had elsewhere. A small place, and each dish is made with personal care.
