I placed an order at 7:27pm, and was to have it by 8:25pm. I received notification that it was out for delivery at 8:17pm and should have had it by 8:30. I didn't receive it until after 9:30pm. The driver list his tip and I told him to learn responsibility and punctuality if he wants a tip. Plus, I refused to pay for the meal as the wait was NOT reasonable. If at all possible, DO NOT use this location! Like the rest of Macon, it's a real s***hole!

Unfortunately it makes you leave one star, otherwise I would leave none. Clearly the positive reviews come from employees. Worst Pizza Hut ever, have ordered from them for years and ignored numerous issues, but never again!!! Placed a very simple order of 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks, was given a possible pick up time of 10-15 minutes, which would have been 6:40pm...it's now 7:52 and order is still not ready!!! Absolutely ridiculous, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, overheard one of employees telling a customer who was waiting, “to go home and take a nap,†I should've knew it would all be down hill from there.. Also the last time I was eating in there, we were given hot bottled drinks, and told there was no ice. The place is filthy, the employees could careless about their jobs, it would be best to fire everyone and start over, otherwise just bulldoze the place. My recommendation is going down the street to Papa Johns!!!

Would have put no stars..had that been an option.Tried to have a family movie night..and ordered pizza here....over an hour later got a call saying the driver broke down...ok i understand that..not upset...how ever an hour an a half later my food still wasnt here..i called an was told that the other driver had stops prior to mine and I'd have to wait...when I asked if there would be any compansation for my family waiting 2hrs an 45mins an I was told no.....then told after I said I didnt want the order anymore..that It'd be 10 days before I got my money back....horrable customer service...I will not ever go here again.

Place sucked! It was a eat in restaurant but didn't have any drinks, salad bar or anything. There was a ton of empty pizza boxes in the tables and employee had friends hanging out the whole time. Place is a joke

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is a JOKE. Went in for a pick up order that, amongst other things, included 8 wings... maybe 4 were actually “wings†and the rest were the sorriest pieces of chicken I'd ever seen. The lobby was a complete mess and it seemed like the employees were having their own pizza party or something. The employee that (finally) checked me out was absolutely rude- I guess she didn't expect me to give her the same attitude she'd given me back right to her. When I called back to speak to a manager (because one “wasn't available†while I was there in person) I quickly realized where all the incompetence originates. This was definitely the first AND last of my visits to this establishment and whoever “owns†this location should consider looking into all of the complaints.

I would give zero stars but it won't allow me. These are some of the most unprofessional, sorriest "employees" I've ever seen. Call the place and place an order and 4 times out of 10 you might get it. They give you a song & dance about how the call center screwed up the order but they take no responsibility in anything. That is after you wait for them to finish their personal conversations.They need shut the place down because none of those "employees" want to work.
