I stopped by got food got home ready to eat and the rice is not done really!!! So I called back and told them I don’t know if anyone else has brung this to yall attention but the rice is not done she says ooh u can bring it back and we will give you a small bowl of rice it’s not that it’s not done it’s overcooked but we just cooked more rice 🤦🏿♀️ I do not stay close I use premium gas I asked well instead of scraping my food off the plate can I bring it back and get it replaced my manager the boss says No… I’m like yall cause me and inconvenience and your acting as if I’m trying to get something for free yall are sending out uncooked food. They will get No more of my business!!!

After dining here for 10 + years. Had to submit a review. It was great when we started and even better now. The carrots are not something you’d expect but so great. Portions are huge. Their yum sauce is phenomenal and as teriyaki. I believe it was an old Hardee’s but don’t let appearance fool you. Service and food are impeccable. We get take out everytime we’re in Macon. Don’t hesitate to try.
Just tried Sakura for the first time since the new owner took over. Seemed like the same place but the lobby is updated some for the first time I’ve ever seen. I don’t get to stop by here but like once a year when I’m in town and never had a complaint.

Called order in went through d/t to pick up paid ordered extra yum yum sauce after 11 minutes told to go back around through line waited 9 more minutes told to go back through line asked for money back and here came the food. Only ordered a vegetable plate w/ no rice and did not get the extra yum yum sauce. This place use to have awesome service.. oh and there was no zucchini…

I LOVE those carrots. Nobody makes hibachi like Sakura on the East side!I would suggest you call in your order so yu don't have to wait so long.
Vegetarian options: You can order veggies plate, I'm just not sure about the oil/grease they use.
