Horrible experience at Subway on Bowman Rd. What I thought would be grabbing lunch on my break turned into being disrespected as a customer from a female worker. When I walked in there was a family of 5 already sitting down eating subs. As I walked in there were no warm greeting from employees at all me After looking at the menu for about 2 minutes I was ready to start my order . The female worker who worked on Friday February 16, 2024 at 1:20 pm was extremely rude. She continued to spray bread and put bread into the oven without saying one word to me . After standing idle for 10 minutes, I confronted the worker asking her “ is there anyone else to make sandwiches”. She continued to ignore me and make bread . I don’t know how she passed the interview unless this location intentionally hires unprofessional and disrespectful people.

Girl cut my meatball sub like it was a hot dog bun. She was pushing my food in. I repeated to the cashier 3 times we were getting combo on all 3 meals then when she rang it up and saw I had chips and I asked which cups do we get she asks me " oh you want the combo?" and I said "yup, said it 3 times". She had been to busy talking to somebody else.

Order two sandwiches online. Said it would be ready by 1:15pm. I arrive at 1:20pm and it still wasn't made, no problem, I can wait. Stand in line for additional 15 minutes. The guy is by himself making the sandwich while two females are in the back laughing and carrying on. Guy says, "we can't make your steak and cheese because we ran out of steak." He proceeds to make the second sandwich while I try to call my friend to tell him he has to pick another sandwich. I tell the man the replacement sandwich. As he is making it I noticed there is no lettuce. Says they are out. I asked if the first sandwich had lettuce on it, he says no. So he wasn't going to tell me there wasn't lettuce on it. It would have just been a surprise when i opened it. I understand how the food industry is and how overwhelming it can be, but at least communicate with the customers. This placed moved real slow and the workers seem very slacked. There score inside said 82. I think I'm have to travel further to the next Subway from now on.

One girl was working. The womens bathroom had blood in toilet and around bathroom. Low stock sparse selection on chips, out of cookies, Out of 3 different breads. Vegetable fixings were discolored and limp. Not your typical Subway. Management needs to be terminated if you can't keep your staff accountable. We walked out with 3 other customers.

This location is just as bad as Tom Hill and the Black Lives Monogamy is strong here. I have seen unlicensed handicap squatters here showing their Black Dominance against disabled people out in front of the place that they are happy to serve, of course the cops of Macon could careless, they are in on the act but at least in North Macon it should not be an issue. Not only that but half the time they do not even have enough product to make the sandwiches. Better off going to the Publix down the road.

Unequivocally the worst Subway franchise I have been to. First visit: They have no change for even a $20, the lettuce is almost all brown, they are out of tomatoes, and barely any bread is baked. Smaller issue, but the cookies were overcooked. Second visit: Prime lunch hours and they have literally no white bread and moreover they had ONLY wheat. Lettuce is still brown. The associate used the wrong ingredients on my sandwich. No management appears to be on staff and/or resolving previous issues that customers are having. Third visit: Won't ever happen.

First, the man working here did an excellent job. He was the only person working, dealing with walk-ins, app orders, making sandwiches, and ringing orders out. This negative review is about the bad owner having only one person working. It's almost like they are trying to force everyone to order on line and stop with walk-in business. There was no tea available because the employee had not had time to get it made.

How F* Stupid do you have to be to get a Pizza Sub Wrong!! It's probably one of the easiest sandwiches EVER to make. This is twice they messed up a Pizza Sub. Called up there and dude that answer sounded high asf, stumbling over his words!!

Had to give a star to write this review! On July 16th walked into your location where I was greeting with I’m not making and orders at 8 pm! The door says you close at 9, I then said I’m picking up a online order where I was told you’re in luck than. I know it’s hard to find employees in this day and time, I know since I work in a restaurant. Maybe someone should advise the gentleman that was working tonight that he should work on his customer service skills and actually do the job he’s getting paid for until you close. Thank you.

The supervisor left a new employee to herself that had absolutely no idea what to do to prep a sandwich.He walked outside to use the phone while my husband and I waited.After about 5 minutes just standing there waiting to see if the employee would just give it a try, she just stood there looking sad and helpess so we just left.Very heartbreaking for the girl. We won't be returning here because of poor service and lack of customer care.
