Tried the late night menu twice. Both times attempted to order a grilled cheese. Ended up somehow waiting an hour for said item both times and ended up having to leave the second time because I don't understand how this is logistically capable of happening. Cheese. Bread. Grill. Done. WHAT THE HELL TAKES THIS LONG? I literally cried tonight because this was so bad and hit harder the second time. Enter at your own risk.

Food was terrible, ordered filet minion and it was DEFINITELY a sirloin and burnt. 1/4” thick. Everything way over salted. The couple little sprinkles of “crab” were ice cold...

I've been here a few times and have always had a great experience. The shrimp and grits is amazing. The steak sandwich and the crab & collard green dip are also favorites. Good cocktails too.

Everything I've ever tried on the menu is amazing...Chef is probably one of the best in the business, hands down. Best martinis you'll ever have!

Pork chop was to die for! The rice and asparagus were just ok. You still gotta try it.

David and his staff catered our son’s rehearsal dinner for 70 people and did a wonderful job. They were extremely professional and met all our needs. Additionally, and most importantly, the food was fabulous. I would highly recommend The Tic Toc Room for a dinner out or a catered meal for a large crowd. We are very grateful for David making our special event painless and perfect. Thank you.

The fried chicken breast was excellent. Very tender. The sides of beans and potatoes paired well with it.. I also tasted the fish and dirty rice entree and it was too salty. Like wayyyy too salty. Mostly the rice was too salted whereas the fish was cooked perfectly. I ended up eating it by itself.

So let me start off by saying my experience was short of horrible and miserable. I made a reservation for my birthday and I had to wait 45 mins for my table. Once seated my party of four waited for three and half hours for still no food to come. I asked if we could at least have a complimentary bread basket. Which took an additional 30 mins to come. Once that arrived it was burned so much i wouldn't feed that to my dog. Needless to say we left and now I am enjoying wonderful breakfast at waffle house. Happy birthday to me.

Day Before Valentines Disaster: I am pretty easy to please but this place was just bad in a lot of ways. Maybe it is called the Tic Toc Room because Of the amount of time you wait for your food. Had an 8:30 reservation and arrived at 8:00. We were promptly seated and the wait began. Finally ordered. The appetizer ( a large risotto ball with pimiento cheese inside) took forty minutes. It was not cooked all the way through. Little did we know this would be a theme for the evening. I ordered the fried chicken and my wife the pork chop with hoppin John. Then the real wait began. Luckily my wife and I enjoy each other's company because our meals did not come out till 10:15 PM. We arrived at 8:00 PM. First the fried chicken: It was supposed to be a quarter chicken. It was a fried chicken breast that looked like it had been prepared with Shake N' Bake. Mashed potatoes and green beans were ok. By 10:30 I was starving and ate it any way. My wife's pork chop. It was seared on the outside and raw on the inside. I smoke meat at home and I know what raw is and I heard her pork chop say oink! My wife said the hoppin John tasted like it came out of a can. We told the waitress about the "oink chop" and the manager took half of it off? I assume that was for the half they didn't cook? The waitress was almost in tears. It was clear that there was something wrong in the kitchen. We tipped her well. If Little Richard ordered food at the Tic Toc Room he is probably still waiting on his order may he Rest In Peace. My advice: If you are in downtown Macon find another restaurant to eat at.

Been there before and the food was great. Last time will be the last time. Food was way to salty, couldn't finish my meal it was so bad. Wife's meal was the same. Whisky sour tasted like straight lime/lemon juice. Used to be so good, wouldn't recommend and won't be going back.

Tried this place for the first time last night and had a awful experience. We waited 2 hours to get our extremely burnt sides and over done steaks. Service was slow and all around lacking. Would not recommend.

Made reservations, showed up on time. Had to move tables because brick walls were freezing. Ordered filet medallions and pork chops. Waited 1 hour 40 minutes, no food came out. We left $20 on table for beers and walked out
