Lol we didn't notice until getting home that we had a 9 piece chicken finger plate, no sauce, but there were 4 ppl in the window playing. Getting hard to find good food and good service lately on the Northside out of all sides
Counter clerks where playing around and argued over who would take the drive threw. Manager seemed distant and uninvolved. This place used to have good service. I guess they just gave up.

Historically, a very solid Zax. Even now, my order is always correct and service is friendly. However, the last few weeks something seems to be going on because the drive through is taking 15-20 minutes for 3-4 cars. The other day I bailed because the line was so long it stretched out of the parking lot at a non-rush time, like 2:30pm on a Wednesday or something. Maybe new staff still learning the ropes? Five stars for quality, three stars (right now) for efficiency.
