It is the great employees at this location that make this restaurant so good. Thanks especially to Virginia. She is really kind, friendly, and she always gets my order just right. Went inside of this store and ordered our food. Ordered our meals and then told that the chicken supremes combo does not come with a drink. It clearly states on the menu that it comes with a drink. Pointed to the menu and told him “look it does come with a drink” he said that “a lot of things don’t make sense at this place” and didn’t say anything about charging for the drink and still charged us for the drink. Attached is a photo of the receipt showing that a drink did come with the combo and that I was still charged for the extra drink. Absurd that the employees of this store are very misinformed or are encouraged to overcharge customers. Also notice that the rounds were upgraded without asking us if we wanted a size upgrade (the container was only filled up halfway btw as well. So we literally got the same amount of rounds that would have come in the regular size.)

Bathroom locked with keypad. So you have to get the door code from a staff member to use the bathroom. If you're in a hurry and have a restroom emergency you probably won't make it on time!

Google said they where open till 11, but they close at 10 walked in with 8 people at 950. They where able to serve us with a smile and did not act at all like it was an inconvenience that we walked in st closing time.

Horrible service in the drive thru area on 1/28 around 9:45 -10am !! Would not recommend !! I asked the cashier at the drive thru window for grape jelly for my biscuit because there were no condiments in bag, which he hurriedly gave me 5 for 1 biscuit . No issue . I checked my bag and realized there was no bbq sauce for my meal , he said 27c . I stated there was no bbq placed in the bag prior . He closed the window on me then came back and threw the bbq sauce at me . Treating paying customers with little to no respect is not it and this will be dealt with accordingly

We stopped by one evening, expecting lower level fast food service as we have received from other Bojangles in ATL area, but this store was amazing! The food was great but the service was fantastic! The whole team seemed to care! Thank you for a pleasant surprise!!!
