Came here on a Saturday night to get a quick snack. Unlike the other 2 Brazilian bakeries in the area, this one was completely empty… my husband ordered a sandwich and then asked for the can of soda and fries for $1.99 that was advertised on the menu. When we went to pay, they charged us $1.99 for the fries and an extra $1.49 for the soda. When I asked the employee why the extra charge, she said that the combo was for a cup of soda not a can… but the menu clearly says “can of soda + fries with sandwich $1.99”. After a useless discussion we realized we weren’t getting anywhere so we canceled the sandwich order. Its a-shame they want to argue over a can of soda vs a cup of soda when menu is so clear. It cost them a customer now and forever. I just got a “sonho de creme” (type of Brazilian doughnut) to go, when I got to the hotel and took a bite I realized it was old and inedible. How are you serving old dated goods from a bakery? We would like to support this local Brazilian business but between the poor customer service and the bad quality of the food, we won’t be going back.

Super slow service. Ordered a milkshake while I was the only person in the bakery. Instead of making mine immediately , over the next 20 mins they serviced at least 10 other people before me.

This one star is not for the food - the food is good, always. But the service is horrible. All the girls in the balcony are rude and seem to be in a bad mood all the time. I know we aren’t always in a good mood but people needed to be at least polite.

Bakery items were mostly frozen or refrigerated. Staff were not courteous or friendly.

I haven’t eaten at the bakery yet, but per recommendations I ordered catering from Goianão, and it was the best!! I ordered coxinhas, pastel de carne, bolinhas de queijo, brigadeiros and casadinhos. Great quality and taste and at a price you can’t beat, I will be ordering for my next event.

A combination of tasty, authentic, and affordable Brazilian sandwiches, good customer service, and a pleasant ambience makes me relish dining at this bakery as my most favorite eatery.

I was hungry and decided to check out this bakery. It was late afternoon and there were no longer many savory choices but I found a ham and cheese pastry left and ordered a Guarana to drink. I also bought two slices of German cake to go that were delicious. There were lots of small and large sweet cakes and a small menu of sandwiches and soups to eat there or take out. I think I'll stop by again and try them. There is a small market with the same name in the same shopping center.

The service was excellent! The ladies behind the counter so nice in explaining all of the baked goods. I bought a few of the baked good. And they were ALL delicious. Another to be scheduled!!!

Hello, I come here to demonstrate my indignation, when buying cakes and cornbread, they were all moldy. Be very careful when buying. Look carefully if they're fresh, not the first time that had happened, but they don't check the food before selling it.The people that work there is very nice but the quality unfortunately isn't!I'm Brazilian, I love our food and I suport our community in Atlanta !But I'm tired to be eating mold in theirs food.

Such horrible customer service. This was the first time I came in and wanted to try several things. We picked a few items from the fridge and stood in front of the counter. We were just ignored… after 5 minutes of just waiting I asked someone there where can i pay, I was prompted back to where I was standing in the first place. Girl behind the counter still ignoring us and avoiding eye contact. Cherry on the cake is that the girl then takes the next customer behind us to serve them… Shame, because the sweets looked really good. I will never go there again and will be sure let all my friends know as well.
