Went there today.. i had to write this.. Walk in really quick to grab a quick bite.. I think her name was Yellow,, she was amazing and i didnt believe it was her 1st day.. GREAT!! Job.. great food,, Great Service!!

My 1st time at this location…. It wasn’t busy at all, so I thought, hmm lucky me!!! I was disappointed!!! My “seafood platter” which consisted of 1 crackhead skinny, thin piece of whiting, 6-7 rubbery shrimp, fries and tasteless cole slaw. The grease used was old as were the fries. I will not be returning!! I would recommend JR to get a new “fisherman”!!!

The service from the young lady at the front corner was very helpful, I think she lied about the fish sizes, which was playing her part as an employee. No fault to her!

I got food poisoning from eating here last night.

HORRIBLE customer service and horrible attitude. The hot sauce was gelatinous and had weird texture. Mentioned it to the manager NICELY and she sucked her teeth and took the wrings to the back. No apology, no accountability, bad attitude, and nasty ass wings. Never will return

Was on hold for 15 minutes pulled while on hold and the OWNER TOLD ME “WELL WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO IM ONLY ONE PERSON “ I will never spend another dime in this place.

The FISH SANDWICH WAS TERRIBLE I WANT MY MONEY BCAK! All bread, barely any fish. No life nothing special. I won’t be coming back. The food truck was amazing, the location here could be better. So pissed because it was expensive for a terrible sandwich. So pissed

I have been coming to this location since they opened. Love the owners and better yet I love it when there at this location. I always get the lemon pepper all flat wings. They weren't cooked crispy, absolutely no lemon pepper on them. My onion rigs were cold, some burnt. I called up there to let the cooks know how the food was tasting so they could get it together! Overall I was highly dissatisfied . Consistentlcy

They are taking way too much of my money. LBVS Their food is the best ive ever had at this franchise and it is CONSISTENTLY good. But damn, must wings be $30?!? Big backs unite!!! Seriously the salmon bites and salmon burger and them lemon pepper wings all flat...whewww. service is touch and go but yknow... I come for the food. If I want atmosphere, I go to C&S or Nobu or Maestro's. Keep it up yall

I had to fight for my life with their fish. It was way too hard and mostly burned and too well done.. got a to go and im in my meeting so disappointed. But at least the fries were okay. Needed a lil seasoning but they were alright.

Lemon pepper wet is easily the best wings/sauce I have ever had!
My husband and I are in town for a wedding (we’re from Michigan) and we are so glad we decided to stop by Crickets! YUM!
