Just a quick review of their Customer Service: I put in a call to several grocery store floral departments because I was looking for something specific but didnt want to pay an arm and a leg for a bouquet. Called Kroger, went through the automated system, which was very straightforward and basically listed all the departments. Shallowford Falls Kroger is my favorite Kroger location in the East Cobb area. They have fresh produce, freshly sliced lunch meat, good deals, a gas station and a great pharmacy. The pharmacists and assistants are very friendly and helpful. The other day a young lady in the pharmacy helped me find the Differin I was searching for my son and me.
