La Parrilla Catering

Called Cqtering on Tuesday to get information for catering. After our discussion the person advised that they would email information and pricing. Did not hear from them by noon Wednesday, so I called to make sure they had the correct email address. Person that answered phone said she was in a meeting and that she would get back with me in an hour. Three hours later I called back (4 pm). The person was rude, but said I would have the email by end-of-day. Well, it's 7:30pm and I still have not heard back. If this is how they treat potential customers, I don't want to do business with them. You need someone with integrity running this department.

Wonderful experience with catering services. I ordered two party platters for an event and the process was so easy! The phone consultation was quick and efficient. The form for ordering was straightforward to fill out. The team confirmed my order, time, and information, 3 days before and again the day of before finalizing pickup. Food was delicious and pickup was easy and I was able to choose a location that was convenient for me. Would recommend and use their services again.

The team at La Parrilla was very efficient and helpful throughout the process. I was able to pickup from the Sandy Springs location, which made the experience so much better. All items were fresh and crowd-pleasers! Thank you.

Don't get catering from here!!! The lady who coordinates the catering is always so rude!! Every time I call to confirm my order she has an attitude. I was prepared to pay for a large catering order, but she was so rude and unaccomadating that I decided to cancel it. They lost a loyal customer with me.The food is good but the first time I catered from here the order was over 30mins late which caused me to be late to my own party. After I asked for some kind of solution to this problem they did give me an extra platter, which I appreciated it but they seem unorganized. I put in 2 recent orders and the catering girl I think her name is Camilla called me very rudely saying why havent you signed the contract, we've been waiting for thar back. I told her I've checked all my emails and you've never sent me a contract! She got more mad and said YES WE DID! I hung up the phone and said you can cancel my order. They have no appreciation for their loyal customers. They need a new catering coordinator ASAP!!

Food inedible, sevice worse

A M A Z I N G !Our University has used La Parilla Catering 2 years in a row for an event, and we will continue to use them!The food was hot, and we had more than enough! The setup was beautiful and organized. Communication was excellent.

Catered our daughters wedding for 140 people. Requested full service and added an additional server just prior to the wedding due to predicted storms /bad weather. They were able to accommodate the request for an extra person, but two of the three servers were quite surly and disagreeable. The younger server was left to try to manage everything on her own, and apparently the other two refused to pass the appetizers as per the request. I was not aware of just how bad the issues were until I went to the buffet to get my plate, and two of the servers slapped the food on the plate in an angry manner. Eventually, our Wedding Coordinator took me aside to let me know the issues, and that she had held back half of the tip that they demanded when they arrived, because they were refusing to follow the terms of the contract. They then insisted on a higher tip. At that point, I authorized the coordinator to go ahead and give them some more money with the request that they please act kinder to our guests. They took the money, but they did not change their attitudes. While the food was good, the serving set up was not and the service was horrific. They basically came in the door demanding 25% in order to do the job they were contracted to do and were also already being paid $25 an hour to do. I was prepared to tip them 25% for excellent service at the end- which is in line with the discussion I had with the catering manager prior to the event.To make matters worse, La Parilla reached out for my opinion after the event. I called them on Monday after the wedding. The assistant was appalled and reassured me I would be hearing back from the catering manager on Tuesday. It is now Friday and I’ve not heard a word from anyone.Definitely would not recommend La Parilla catering for an event in which you expect the servers to be kind, cheerful, and accommodating. Thankfully, La Parilla was the only vendor that let us down that day.I hate that the company was reflected so poorly by their serving staff and lack of follow up by their catering manager. Not only do we not recommend them, but our wedding coordinator and 120 guests would never recommend them either.

La Parrilla catered for my wedding for 115 people and I couldn't be more thrilled with their service. The food was amazing and our servers were so nice. The servers had great communication with us if they needed something. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

I ordered catering for 12 people, we had the taco bar. The food was amazing, it was well packaged, there was plenty of everything to go around, and the staff were very helpful and friendly! They only had 24 hours notice and had it all ready when we arrived to pick it up. I will definitely use them again!

Delivery of food was PERFECT! food arrived wrapped in foil, hot, delicious, and they set it up for me. and they send a TON OF FOOD!! We had leftovers:) Great company, nice people, will use them again and again!!!

They cater our Christmas lunch every year. The food is always delicious & they do an amazing job! Andrea, in the catering department, helped me out so much as well. Will definitely continue to use them!
