Cam in today for lunch order 2 quarter pounder I am so very disappointed my burger was very very greasy it leaked out of the box so I have told them I wanted to change it to something else which was a Big Mac and a girl going to say I have to pay for it. I paid for my food just like everyone else.ya shouldn’t say anything. I didn’t even get an apology from anyone but Ms Tammy and it wasn’t even her fault now the manager lady Maria u shouldn’t even be a manager you can’t manage you let your employees tell you what to do and how to do it you treat your employees unfair smh poor customer service and the Hispanic young lady Rosie she can’t cook it’s just burgers cola and fries you need to stay off the grill Ms Tammy you are so awesome u have redid my burger it was great hot and juicy thank you so much

The server at the first window with the British accent is always the most pleasant person and when you get to the second window, they are on top of it with napkins. The food is always hot and just excellent service all around consistently.

This location has really improved. Owners have found some good staff. Lobby area is open again and you can enjoy your meal inside.There is a clean play area for little kids.2 order kiosks for food. I would've gave it a 3 but all they do is mess up peoples orders physically and ESPECIALLY digitally including mine I got a Big Mac meal and the meal was missing? be so fr... where are my fries I paid for then the last time I got a totally diff drink I ordered a hi-c and got a Diet Pepsi wdf? are y'all like partially blind? Check the workers... EXPEDITIOUSLY cause y'all know better YALL too grown

There is no more atmosphere in McDonald's. They ignore you until you realize you're supposed to use a kiosk, then put your food on the counter. I've been to several throughout Metro Atlanta, this is the vibe. Curious how they train now but it's what it is if you want a double cheeseburger...

Ordered two McFlurrys tonight 8/9/23 and got two cups of ice cream with a little of the topping sprinkled on top, the ingredients weren’t mixed in at all, pretty clear the people working the evening shift this day didn’t want to actually make a McFlurry correctly.
