SMH… Horrible food and service… I asked for a margarita pizza, and they gave me buffalo sauce on the margarita pizza. Looks like it was squeeze from a container onto the flatbread… I took the pizza back for a refund, and the young man told me they do not take the food back. I took him I need a refund and I place the pizza box on the window counter. The manager came to the window did not even greet me and just stated $11 will be returned to your card, she did not even hand me a receipt or any verification.I did not even have to bite the pizza. I just looked at the sauce dripped my finger in it, and could taste it horrible! The sad part is, it is wasted time spent ordering and wasted time pulling away from the restaurant to only bring it back! You all need to do better! It’s sad, the customers experiences this!

This Panera location had a pleasant layout and design; I enjoyed the look of it very much. The food was good as always! Panera has never been a particular favorite of mine, but I enjoyed my visit this go around. Can't complain with good food and company!

Customer service is terrible. The cashier just left the store after taking my order and of course the order got “lost in the mix”. Last time I ever come here. How can they just not have someone at the front?

The only reason for one star is because it makes you select one to leave a review. We’re currently at the hospital with my daughter for surgery, ordered food online for delivery on Wednesday 02/07/24 at 7:30 pm. Called afterwards to confirm order and was told the delivery driver wouldn’t be there at the store for pickup until five minutes after closing time. We advised that we would just pick the order up. Was then informed that the store did not have all items on the order so they would need to cancel our order (checking account debited for $105.00). I attempted to call back to find out when our money would go back into our account but couldn’t get anyone to answer. We ordered from another restaurant at this point. 8:12, received notification that order was in route (store closed at 8:00), I contacted Panera corporate customer service and created a case# . Was advised not to accept the order plus I was initially informed by the store that they didn’t have all items to fulfill the order(so is the now supposed to be cancelled order incomplete? Plus store is closed and no way to confirm the order). I’ve now 02/11/2024 spoke with corporate and the store a couple of times but still have not received a refund of my $105.00 .

Waited in the drive thru pick up line for 15 min before I realized no one was even at the drive through window. Went inside. 2 people working on a Sunday morning. Slowest service ever. Panera isnt worth a 30min wait for food. And of course we all already paid before they told us it was gonna be this long of a wait. Pay your people more so you can actually hire more employees. Also no one is wearing hair nets preparing the food ?Update: left with no food 45min after my order was "ready" according to the app. Also they can't refund at the store when you order through the app and the only way to get in touch with customer service is to email and wait 1-2 business days. Last time I will ever be in a Panera.

I called the store before we went, and the person that I spoke to was very rude and answered my question and just hung up. Went through the drive-through pretty much the same type of service. No thank you or anything. If you need Panera, which is a great place to go pick a different

I ordered a pick-two with a half sandwich and soup, and I kid you not, my half sandwich looks like a bite was taken out of it, or it was just ripped in half instead of being cut. The picture below is how it looks after I unwrapped it. Do better. Nobody wants to eat food that looks like it was thrown together haphazardly.

I don't know what's happening with this location, but it's the second time I come and spend more than 30 minutes in the drive-thru line and they forgot my soup, I only notice when I was already home
