Customer service lacks politeness. My friend's cappuccino was hardly quarter cup filled, he showed it to them, all they had to do was make another one, but they firmly refused to even acknowledge the problem. We are a running club that chose this place as a meetup point, but now moving somewhere else because of this rudeness. Venue is good and my drip coffee was decent, but this was my last trip.

The menu looks good but the execution was disappointing. We waited over 10 minutes in an empty room for a simple bagel that was barely toasted. The coffee tasted burnt and upcharge for everything. The hash wrap is a good portion but really lacked flavor. Overall not worth the price!Food: 2/5

Customer service was great. The breakfast sandwich on croissant is delicious and light. Next time I’m trying something with Avocado.Wheelchair accessibility: It is!

This coffee shop and eatery are in the same complex as OTF and tesla chargers. Ive lived here a while and cant believe I just stumbled upon it recently. It is nice and spacious inside and clean. The staff are super friendly. The ham egg and cheese croissant was amazing! This is my new go to breakfast and coffee spot!

Perks is a super cute little cafe. Their drinks are pricey but seem pretty standard for a place like this! I had a Matcha Latte with oat milk that was easily one of the best ive had! Definitely check out Perks if you need a pick me up.

We stopped here on a whim when we were driving through Marietta. Bad food, poor customer service, and even the coffee was meh. We got some of our food in styrofoam (even though we asked to dine in) and the other on a cheap paper plate. Not impressed.

A really great atmosphere and friendly staff. However, service was very slow (took 45 minutes to get food for 2 people) even though they weren’t particularly busy. The cold brew was not great either.

So i came in with high hopes about this place! The drinks came right away and the brown sugar tea was delicious! But i ordered a BLT and also a nutella waffle, i got the BLT fairly quickly but the waffle took. 20 minutes from the BLT being served. Drinks are 10/10 food is 3/10
Love that they have a warm option for drinks. I got the matcha latte which normally at Starbucks is way to sweet but here it is perfect! Also the bagels were warm and fluffy with the perfect amount of cream cheese.

Coffee was burnt. My husband got a bagel with salmon and the salmon was fishy. Not impressed.

They merged with Nom Station recently and I love it! I mostly get Nom Station drinks(you have to try the Purple Haze drink, so good) but I'm excited to try more Perks Coffee drinks too. Also the pastries look super good.

I appreciated that they were open on the 4th of July, but I left feeling the opposite of perky. It seems like Perks is probably a great place to go for smoothies or sugary drinks, but don’t go here if you actually like coffee. They had multiple chocolate mocha options, so maybe those are better. My dad got iced latte and I got a cold brew with oat milk, and somehow both of them were so bad they were undrinkable. My cold brew was bitter and acidic and burnt tasting, which I don’t even know how that’s possible since it was cold brew - maybe they made me the wrong drink? The ice was also just one large block of ice cubes that had melted and refrozen together to form a blob so the straw wouldn’t even go in. The employees were friendly and cheerful, and hopefully with some better coffee and barista training Perks Coffee can be drinkable in the future.
