Stopped in for Hot chocolate on a cold evening since It was too cold for icecream and the service was amazing. The young girl at the register was friendly and upbeat. She mad it with warm milk, so it was very tasty, the girls loved it.Only wish they played holiday music over some.speakers or a bluetooth to male it feel more holiday-ish. Still overall Its still an amazing spot in the square!

Went here after dinner. No line and great customer service. It was our first time and the cashier explained how the menu works and making custom flavors. The ice cream is soft serve and the toppings are mixed in, not on top like the photos on the menu. Overall, pretty good ice cream. Its a little pricey but it wont stop me from going back again.

almost an institution at this point it has been around so long, but the ice cream is just ok and the flavors aren't really pronounced, the texture is the only thing I love about it.

It's rather dark and uninviting.. but the service is good, and the ice cream options are even better, so we will continue to support. You can add cereals, fruits, candies... practically anything you want! It's super cool to see the ice cream church in the machine to blend your flavors. Nice concept, it can just use a bit more charm and lighting to bring more customers in and make it more inviting.

Hands down one of the best places to grab dessert in Marietta. I went for the first time yesterday night and I was greeted by friendly staff! The girl making our ice cream was super nice, she let us know how it worked since it had been our first time there. I will be coming back very soon!!

I moved away from Marietta about 3 years ago and this used to be my favorite place to come to in the mornings to get fresh baked butter bread and other delicious pastries first thing in the morning. I came back here after all this time because it used to be so good but sadly when I came back after all this time it just wasn't the same. I came here today to get the butter bread that used to always get and as a second option I got the Japanese cheesecake and it just tasted like a Danish because it was so dry and it resembled a pastry more than a cheesecake. It is so disappointing because I used to come to this place every day for their fresh baked goods but clearly it's not the same as it used to be. I would come here daily to get the fresh baked bread but now it is all packaged separately and it's really not the same as it used to be which is so sad because it used to be so good. It was so good before that I came back here three and a half years later after moving out of Marietta I was in town and this was one of the first spots I wanted to revisit but it's not the same as it used to be. The pastries don't have that same love and care that used to go into them as before. I used to come here every day previously and I'm sad to say I may not come here ever again after spending over $20 on my favorite bread and Japanese cheesecake that was not nearly as good as it used to be before. I'm not sure what the change was but in 2019 this was my favorite Bakery and place to come to every morning but now everything is so dry and almost not worth eating and it truly makes me so sad because I really used to come here everyday to get the fresh baked goods and delicious pastries but clearly that's not the same anymore

I was looking forward to trying this place today with my son and we walked in and felt invisible we stood at the counter waiting to be helped for 5 mins. The store was completely empty btw. There were three ladies working. The cashier was on her cell phone scrolling and didn’t even glance up or say even a simple hello. We were completely ignored. I heard a lot of good things about this place but with this initial experience maybe it’s just overrated.

I got the mint chocolate in a kids cone the kids cone was huge LMAOO. The service was fast and there were plenty of seats inside. I'd recommend it to a friend

Just Mayfield ice cream regurgitated through machine. Dirty/dusty fan blowing over the preparation area and disgusting jelly belly machine that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 20 years. This place is in desperate need of new management.
