I came in about 25 minutes before closing time, which I don’t usually do, but I was thinking they could still make one açaí bowl in that time span. But we were refused service and told they were closed when in their website and on their door they had it as they closed at 9. They workers were very disrespectful and handled it very poorly and I’m disappointed in the service. Granted it was teenagers and I don’t expect them to be happy jolley at customers coming in late at night but still some decent kindness is needed? I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody.

I came in about 15 minutes before they close, which I hate coming in last minute at businesses. But the staff there, knowing that I would be pissed off, were the opposite/ very accommodating and provided excellent customer service.

employees need to put salsas with the quesadillas like how it says it comes with it on the menu. Literally every time I get quesadillas from here i never get my side of salsa. And then whenever I DoorDash food from here, and I pay extra for the salsa in hopes that somebody will put it in I don’t get it. it’s literally wasting peoples money. I get that people hate doing their jobs, but we all have to make money and leaving items out literally every time I try and get food here adds up

I usually love this place but every time i go to this location, the employees ALWAYS make me the wrong order. I have been there 5 times now hoping it gets better but the girl in today didnt even know how to open the register or use the blender. Train your workers please! She gave me a watery "smoothie" with huge ice chunks in it. None of the ingredients i asked for were included. ? What a waste of money and time. Not to mention only 1 employee. Pay them more and train them more. She was just trying her best.

When I went today to pick up my food, I found that only Sam was working behind the counter alone today. Sam did an amazing job with my food and the smoothies were ready to go. But the fact that he is opening the store ALONE is ridiculous! Management needs to ensure their employees are not ALONE. That's a safety problem! Sam had multiple customers to serve alone and one of them was being nasty to him over lids, as if Sam could control the types of lids in stock! Sam deserves recognition and a raise to be manning all the stations alone!
Any employee to be the only person in a store is not safe, the doors should've stayed locked, and the store could've taken online orders only until another manager or employee showed up. Do better for your employees like Sam! Great work Sam!

I ordered at the wrong location and ended up having to drive 30 mins after waiting for 30 at the one I thought it was lol. I’m not sure who I talked to on the phone, but Carsen (I hope that’s how it’s spelled) was kind enough to remake my smoothie once I got there! Amazing and friendly customer service. Thank you again!

This place is usually great and reliable, but for some reason tonight wasn’t like that. Arrived 40 minutes before close to make sure I’d be on time to grab some dinner, and was refused service. I was told the kitchen was closed, but I arrived 40 minutes before close to avoid that. It is fine if that is when the kitchen closes, but it NEEDS to be posted online because I planned my entire night around grabbing tropical smoothie for dinner. Now I gotta do the park and stress over what I’m gonna eat for 30 minutes thing, so that kinda sucks. My bf and I are loyal tipping customers and would’ve just came earlier if we knew.

I ordered $40 worth of food and smoothies to be picked up at a certain time. After waiting 30 minutes past that time, I was told someone else had picked up my order and offered no resolution. When I asked for a refund, I was told there was nothing to be done. I asked for a manger was told there was not one there. The two workers seemed way in over there head, but never offered an apology or a resolution to my $40 order with no product provided. There are several more missing details here but this was the gist of it. Edited to add - before submitting this review I went through the corporate website provided details of my experience and have received no response. In reading through some of the google reviews, I see this location seems to have an ongoing problem with low staff during busy hours. Many of the reviews have a similar response from the company so it seems the information is falling on deaf ears.

I've given this location the last chance. Responses from the owner below go back months, so clearly this isn't a new issue. There is often two young kids, left alone during very busy times. Order on the app, or order in person it doesn't matter, it takes forever. I just don't have the time, as someone who runs a business, to sit for 40 minutes waiting on the order, which has happened multiple times. The last time, there were clearly multiple people who were very frustrated. This isn't a complicated issue, plenty of retail establishments, cafe's & coffee shops have it figured out. Recruiting is hard, I get it. But you have to have adequate staffing to keep a normal flow of service working. Best of luck, I hope you get it sorted out.
