Got a couple subs at drive thru and was asked if I wanted to give a tip???? Since when do you tip for drive-thru service? $21.00 for 2 medium sandwiches and wanting tip? at drive thru! Ridiculous and rude to ask customers for a tip!

We stopped off here on a road trip. It was fast and convenient. Our order was a little complicated but they got it right the first time. It was in the middle of the lunch rush and those guys were turning sandwiches out like a well oiled machine. I don't think I saw anybody wait much more than 5 minutes for an order.Parking: You have a huge parking lot around the side. You have to walk an extra 50 feet but if you have a larger vehicle you should have no problems

I placed a to go order however upon arriving to work my sandwich was completely wrong. I called and got no apology only I can come back for refund or get it remade. Horrible customer service on my arrival. Had to wait for my sandwich to be remade, asked if theres any compensation for me having come all way back, the answer was no. I had to ask for a small drink at the least

I order and payed in app and my Club sandwich and Salad was dissatisfied and disappointed i ask for my produce on the salad for my sub and they forgot a item and dressing in bag they even didnt even put utensils in bag for me and on top of that it wasnt even ready when it was promise!!!

Service was very good especially since we walked in at 5 til closing. Although they asked if we wanted pickles then didn’t give them to us. Not a huge deal. What I don’t understand is the pricing of the cookies and brownies. I was gonna buy 3 cookies but you pay more per cookie that way.

This really did not make my day. I ordered a sandwich and soup. My grandsons food came quick. Supposedly, they dropped mine. Then it had mayo, even thought I asked for no mayo but lots of mustard. Also, the soip was watered down and did not taste good. Don't come to this one, go to another firehouse. Also, they dropped it once, next time mayo no mustard. Third time no mayo and mustard. Can they ever get it right???
