I frequent this location. It is hit or miss for good service.Customer service has definitely taken a nose dive. If the place closes at 10 and I show up 15 minutes before, I would expect that whatever it is I order would be available or made to order. But that doesn't happen anymore. People are too lazy to cook another pizza so close to closing time. In my day, you closed up shop at closing time and then cleaned up the store. Not close up shop 30 early to clean up and rush out the door at closing time.Their pizzas do taste good, though.

I stopped at this location to grab a hot and ready pizza. It was just before 11:00am, and the store opened at 10:30am. I waited at the window for a few minutes before I was finally greeted by the man working there. I asked if he had any pizza's ready and he said he had a couple of pepperoni pizzas coming out of the oven. He walked away and I assumed he was grabbing one for me. I waited another 10 minutes before I saw him walk to the front, and then walked passed the drive through window without saying a word to me. At that point I knocked on the window to ask I'd he could give me a time frame to when the pizza would be ready, since he had told me over 10 minutes ago that he had multiple pizzas that were out of the oven and at that point I had already been waiting for 15 minutes and I was in a hurry. He said he wasn't sure and that he was told they would be coming out shortly.I don't appreciate being lied to. All I needed was an honest answer and the worker refused to give it to me.I will not be returning to this location.

Inedibly undercooked pizza. Both Deep Deeps were undercooked to the point that more than half of each pizza was still uncooked dough.Little Caesars can be pretty spotty in quality, but this meal was straight up disgusting. Ordered fairly late, by the time I got it back home wouldn’t have had enough time get back before close.Crazy sticks and other pizza were also undercooked, just not quite so raw.

How does little Caesar’s get away with advertising “hot and ready” they never have any pizzas made. Waited almost 20 minutes after agreeing to wait because I was told it would be less than 10 minutes. Being ready to pick up is literally your main point of anyone coming in here

It's fast, it's tasty, it's little Caesars. Try the thin crust pepperoni for under $9 it was great and they can make it from scratch in about 8 min. If you just want a good quick meal to share with your pal Brutus, little Caesars will never stab you in the back.

Placed an order in the app to come pick up. I showed up at the window and a very rude lady came to the window and asked "what I needed" i let her know I placed an order online and I was here to pick it up. Her response was "I need a name and a code or I can't get anything for you" I wasn't sure what code she was talking about, so I grabbed my phone to check and she raised her voice and said again "I need a code and a name!" I found the code she was talking about and gave it to her and she tries to give me someone else's order. I gave her my name again and she walked away. She came back and said "that order isn't ready til 1 o'clock" SLAMMED the window closed and walked away. I arrived 5 minutes earlier than what my email had said. No reason to be treated like that. Very very rude. I don't mind waiting for my order, that's no big deal at all, but this is now how you treat customers.She wasn't wearing a name tag, so I couldn't get a name.
I absolutely love this place. It is very delicious ?.Parking: You really don't need to park if you order ahead. The drive thru works well.
