What can I say? It's Subway. Do you want a good sandwich quick? Come here. Even after ordering via the app, stopping at another restaurant, we had to wait on our order. There were two people making sandwiches and two customers in line, so our order didn't get made until one of the customers was finished.
The young man serving us was friendly but the female working was rude. I ordered an oven roasted chicken sub and did NOT want it toasted. She told me it had to be toasted because the chicken was cold. I go to other Subway locations and never have an issue with them microwaving the chicken to heat it up. I also had a coupon but was charged the regular price but they still confiscated the coupon. I love Subway but will never return to this location!

There was only one employee trying to serve all of the customers during lunch rush. It seems to me it would be a better option to have a second person in there during that time frame so that customers don't have to wait too long
