2024.03: I've never had any major issues at this Subway, I did notice that the toppings on my subs are not as "hearty" when I order ahead. But, that's fairly common across the board these days. Overall, okay. Nothing horrid. Nothing crazy awesome.

I once worked here, just a few months ago in fact and still regarded it as my go to subway for quality and freshness. Since I quit working there, I still went there as a PAYING customer, more than once. Then I was informed just a bit ago that I am no longer welcome there as a customer with NO explanation as to why. If this is the idea of customer service and retention on the part of the "owners" then why do they own businesses in customer service? ?‍♀️

I never ever order on line but this time I did because my coworker was picking it up with hers. My only complaint is since I did not go and order face to face...I ordered extra lettuce only to get absolutely NONE. I'm a little irritated. Other than that everything else was good. I still don't understand how they read MORE LETTUCE and I received not even a little shred of it.

Food was great. But after we received it, all the employees sat out in the dining area, and I went to get some cookies and another drink, and stood there for 5 minutes waiting to pay, and they looked at me 4 times like I was interrupting something…

I love a good sub, and know what to expect. Service is what sets locations apart. Mr. Carter and his co-staff are beyond professional. Great job guys, your attitude will take you very, very, far.

Red Pill

We got all the way through the line and presented my coupon and was told that the manager doesn't accept them anymore. I asked before he made the sandwiches if they took them and he said yes. I paid 17 dollars for a meal that should've been 8 dollars.
