Just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes waiting on food that no one made.There were at least 5 employees wandering around.I got to listen to them while I waited on my refund.Talking about how they aren't allowed to have a gun, target practice, and moving to Atlanta.When I asked about what happened to my food the employee shrugs and said I don't know but the GM is here today they'll figure it out. Really that's how it gets told to the person you all forgot.Last time ever stopping at this hole of a location terrible. They didn't care at all about my experience or my food.It is a shame that these are the employable people and they are only there to collect that check and talk about anything other than work.I'd be embarrassed to be a business owner and have that happen at my place. What a joke this place is.

Came thru the drive through today ordered 2 wings n things meals, paid for 2 extra Zak sauces ,side Cole slaw $32.76! Not only did I not get my extra sauces but chicken was shorted on both meals only 3 wings supposed to be 5 don't believe I will be going back anytime soon and no they were not even busy .disappointingOrder idAAAQKL2CAEAM

This location has fallen from grace.The prices have skyrocketed, the food quality is down, and the service isn't quiet as good as it used to be.Go to Slim Chickens instead for better food, service, and more money in your wallet.

Went by today like I always do to get some stuff for my girlfriend and I. Food and order was perfect. Whoever was taking orders at 6:00 was so super nice and warm and friendly. Just thought I’d shout them out! Thanks for the good experience, see y’all next week.

Had to wait 20 minutes in line in restaurant.2nd time there and both times they were out of ketchup! What place serves fries and can't keep ketchup on hand.Features: Need outdoor tables.
French fries were great. Chicken fingers not so much. Overpriced, 3 fingers, fries, toast and a med drink almost $11. If it wasn't for the sauce I wouldn't even want them at all. Zaxbys had gone downhill on Quality and Value dramatically!!

Not only did they charge me for a 6 finger plate instead of the 5 that I ordered and they repeated back to me, they pulled me up and didn't give me ANY sauce even though I paid for it!

i came to zaxbys today expecting good food, waited in line for 30 minutes before my presence was made known ( I am very patient ) expecting a apology . Wow, what happened. I came in for two zalads. Had an issue. I thought it was resolved by Lita. But there was no was to way to redeem replacements when asked. Emailed twice, and there was no reply.
