De La Villa Mexican Restaurant

This has been my favorite place to come for years. Reasonable prices on GIANT margaritas, fun atmosphere with not a lot of people or noise, service is always perfect! Me and my fiancé are regulars for a reason. Have not found a place in McDonough worth switching to. Tacos are so good, salsa has spice, queso creamy and hot, chimichanga and quesadillas are good and they are also willing to switch things around in your order if you prefer something besides what’s on the menu. GO. They deserve more attention than they get.

we ate here today for the first time. i was really impressed. great, flavorful food, good serving sizes, great prices, great service. this is my new favorite mexican restaurant. i got a fat beef burrito with lots of sauce, TWO tacos and rice for less than most places get for one burrito, one taco and rice. i highly recommend this place.

Lunch here today was great! This was our 2nd visit. Carnitas taco was especially delicious! Their chips are so fresh and crispy! Love the salsa, it has fresh cilantro!! Chicken burrito was good too! Service was friendly and quick! Prices reasonable. We will be back :)

I called the restaurant to confirm if they served a specific dish, the woman I spoke with said yes. My fiancé (he has a heavy accent) called to place an order for me and when I got there to pick it up, I am glad that I checked my order before I left because it was not the correct order. When I let the woman know the order wasn’t correct, her body language, facial expressions and her delivery of customer service was terrible. I told her what was supposed to be ordered and she went on to say how expensive the food was. Price isn’t a problem, I pay for what I want but when I recognized both the women’s delivery I decided to just get a refund. That was my first time visiting the establishment and sadly I won’t get to try their food as I will not be returning.

Haven't been since they changed the name/owners. Great food, drinks, and service. Looking forward to coming back to try other items on the menu.

I bought a shrimp fajita to go. Everything was just nasty. The put the sour cream on top of the lettuce so it was a mess when reached home wich was 4 minutes away from my house. Smh. I will never goback. The waitress look like she was upset. I have been to other mex restaurants in the area and there foods was tasty and enjoyable compared to de la villa restaurants.
