Dalton's is normally a good place to eat, they're a little pricey on their food but they normally give you decent portions. But here recently we have visited them and they shook the spoon on us. We paid $25 for a hamburger steak plate and a liver dinner ,no drink. there wasn't but about five livers on the tray and they wasnt quiet done. The hamburger steak tasted good but they just don't put enough on the plates I don't know if they're going broke or what down there. I don't know if they're trying to cut corners because they're under some type of financial strain but they need to get back to their regular portions of food or we won't be eating down there much longer. Thank you and have a blessed day!

They are pretty good just depends on what you get. The meatloaf, chicken and stuffing and the Philly are really good. With entrees they offer cornbread, biscuit or roll and I tried all 3 and honestly I end up throwing them away. The sides I like are the baked beans and mac&cheese. I don't really care for anything there that's fried but can't put my finger on why. My friend had the smash burger and said it tasted like a premade patty and would not get it again.

The food was bland and extremely cold. I got a double cheese burger and couldn’t even eat it. It was just frozen patty thrown on a bun. The fries wasn’t even done and where soggy and cold. My wife got the chicken and it was cold and tasteless. The tea was sour. I will never go back to daltons. Not sure how they are even in business.

They were very busy when we stopped in. The line moved fast and our food came out to us quickly also. Food was fantastic and there was plenty of it. Very friendly staff.Look forward to eating here again.

Lately when I go there my food is not all the way done. That's not like this place. Then you got those gossiping girl just wandering around the front end making it look like they doing something. You know just keeping a random conversation going on with the customers inside. I call them team leads don't know the proper name for them. I know I have been disappointed lately with food and my father inlaw have came to me and complained about his food the 2 times he went there. He even stated that this establishment did not use to be like that. Those original Daltons workes when they first open need to come back in other words them older people. Cause that young crew that suppose to be help maintaining that front area is not. Anybody can move around at a job and make it look productive. Another thing I don't know is someone is mixing Kraft and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing together if so stop doing it. Cause that dressing was old, watered down or mixed, but I am a ranch dressing eater and that day must been a bad day. Cause it was running, disgusting and had a sour taste to it.

Ordered the posted "special", BBQ sandwich and Bowl of Brunswick stew. BBQ(pork?) meat was extremely dry, bun was dry and smashed, stew was on the colder side of lukewarm. No BBQ sauce available to help choke it down, given that I spent $15 on it. Just my experience. Good day.

I give it a five stars for a small privately owned casual diner. Enjoy their pancakes, eggs and bacon. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Often see the owner on the floor.
